I am sad to not be able to recommend the property at MGM grand. We love Wolfgang Puck restaurants and find that the food is always wonderful. However the restaurant at the MGM grand fell way short in the service department. We arrived 20 minutes within the breakfast hours and were handed lunch menus. Asked for breakfast and the snotty waiter huffed and checked his watch. Said they usually switch over by now. I asked if they had a gluten free bread option and he replied No. only pizzas if I want one of those. I just ordered an omelette and coffee so no big deal but find it odd in this day with celiac so prevalent they wouldn’t have a piece of gluten free bread, but……. Food was nice but had to ask 3 times for hot water for tea. Finally flagged down another server after breakfast was finished and he brought the water. Keep in mind that tea is $8 and the omelette is $23 so not like you should expect lack luster service. Again food good, but service doesn’t even get a 2 star review.
I can't believe I wasted my money on what I thought would be the last set of pots and pans I'd ever need. I saved up for months and bought a set from Wolfgang Puck, convinced that the lifetime warranty would make it worth the higher price tag. For years, I bragged about how much I loved my cookware, recommending it to anyone who would listen. Big mistake. Last week, one of my pots started leaking around the handles. No big deal, right? I figured I'd call customer service and get a replacement or repair, since they supposedly offer a lifetime warranty. WRONG. Their response? "No, we don't care," followed by a rude hang-up. The representative, Renee, even lied and claimed she was both the manager AND supervisor, refusing to let me speak to anyone else. To make matters worse, she demanded I provide a receipt, which I do have—but because it’s THEIR PAPER AND INK that faded over time, she refuses to accept it. So now I'm stuck with a broken pot that I can’t use, and my family is left without the kitchen gear I trusted to prepare our meals. I’m done with Wolfgang Puck products for good. They clearly don’t value their customers or their products. Don’t make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this brand. I’m done with Wolfgang Puck products for good. I've since filed with the BBB and Trustpilot and still looking for more options.
They do not honor their warranty. Their customer service is terrible.
My wife got an American breakfast that she absolutely loved. I got a side of chicken sausage. With coffees and tip, the tab came to nearly $40. More than I wanted to spend, but, since we were pre o aging to fly cross country, no choice.
We are very unhappy! The food quality was poor and over priced! The margaritas were almost without tequila...way over priced ($25) The waiter didn't return my credit card until I reminded him!
“We don’t do poached eggs” announced the waitress after asking how we’d like our breakfast eggs. Well of course you don’t. How could an establishment named after “Celebrity Austrian-American chef and restaurateur” Wolfgang Puck be expected to take on the highly complex culinary challenge of… erm… poaching an egg? Or indeed of providing fresh milk for the coffee. But hey, ho this essentially sums up the place. It’s distinctly average. The food’s OK if you like OK food. The coffee’s OK if you like OK coffee. The service is OK if you like OK service. I’d put it on a par with a decent McDonald’s. What I wouldn’t do, if I were “Celebrity Austrian-American chef and restaurateur” Wolfgang Puck, is stick my name out front.
Best airport food at LAX we've had in a while. American Breakfast - Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and crispy potatoes.
I ordered meatloaf and it was one of the best meals I had at an airport. The food was delicious and the portion was generous. It was a bit pricy, but you could not find a better deal at airports.
I grabbed a sandwich and a can of drink each for two of us. Looking at my bank account today I discovered I'd been billed NZD66 for this - over USD40. We were half way through a 40 hour journey and while I expect airport food to be expensive it never occurred to me it could cost this much. The restaurant itself was also filthy. An entirely awful experience.
Eggs were great. Staff less than 1 Star. Attitudes not here to help. Self seating then made to move. Ice was a mono to ask For. Got a big attitude even from bar tender. Waitress was horrible attitude. Nasty staff. Cooking was perfection.

Absolutely disgusting. Does Wolfgang have no quality control on what he puts his name on? This mush of meatloaf and “crispy” fried onions came from the outlet at Terminal 6 at LAX.
Top 3 worst meal of my 57 years, you can see that there zero culinary interest. Shame on you wolfgang puck, i have been in the hospitality industry for 40 years. It’s unfortunate that you just want to make a buck
The owner’s name is seing sullied here. I paid the primo prices Soley because I mistakenly assumed that the food quality would be okay (for an airport). Unfortunately, my omelette was cooked with mushrooms which had clearly already started decaying, as evidenced by the taste of old socks that they imparted to the whole meal. A total waste on so many levels.
