Yogurtland West Hollywood

This Yogurtland is run by absolute scam artists. The new owners and management have turned this place into a total rip-off. I kept wondering why my ice cream was so expensive, so I finally asked for a receipt—turns out they’ve rigged the scale. What should weigh 15 ounces mysteriously rings up as 23 ounces on the receipt, meaning you’re paying WAY more than you should. And they never give you a receipt unless you ask for one, so you’d never know you’re being overcharged.

This is outright fraud, and it’s disgusting that they’re getting away with it. If they’re willing to scam customers so blatantly, who knows what else they’re cutting corners on? This place needs to be shut down and reported to the Better Business Bureau. Stay far away unless you want to be ripped off.

Love this place and go here all the time, but came in for national frozen yoghurt day in the evening and they said the buy one get one free deal was no longer available. We were here with three other groups at the same time and everyone was very surprised by this. The reasoning was it was only valid “while supplies last”. There is was enough froyo and enough toppings so not sure where that excuse came from. Strange experience to say the least.

Today is buy 1 get 1 FREE!!! I get to yogurtland and when we are about to pay we are told that the special is only was while supplies last!!! I processed to ask what do u mean while supplies last we currently literally have our cups full with yogurt and toppings, seems to me you do have the supplies! She insisted that the special was over! I then asked well was there a time frame for this special and she continued to answer only while supplies last! Terrible customer service! So upsetting! And I had to pay bc I had gone with my kids otherwise I would had just left it there for them to trash it.

I took my time to call several other yogurtland locations around my area and they said the special runs until they close!!! 😤😤 I then call them and told them what was told to me by other locations she said no ma’am the special is only until supplies last! I told her this is truly false advertisement I will report you guys to corporate and then only until then she decided to take my phone number so her manager can call me back! I will never go there again!

I only wonder how many families they are doing this too smh! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Female working at 9pm 12/19 was terrible. Tried getting plain tart, and after asking if she could check the machine she said it’s full in the back. So then I ask her if the machine will work, she said no and waved me off and went straight to the back.

Fantastic and convenient parking that saved us!

The cashier never even looked up from his phone. Its easy to make eye contact. So wierd. Some people shouldnt work in customer service.

Such prime location. I am so glad to have a yogurtland near home. I always choose the tart flavors with mochi/fruit. enjoy sitting outside and relaxing with my family when we take a walk. Only two tables so try to go off peak hours. Right now their cups and spoons are pac man themed!

I wish they would expand. They have the following and the location/area is perfect. They need more machines, floor space, eating area. In spite of those few minor issues. They always have fresh yogurt, it's always clean & the staff are nice.

Worst yogurt land i have ever been to. We went on june 17. The lady was super rude. Didn’t know how to talk to a customer. She had not antiquate. She was inside doing something the entire time. Bad attitude.

Closed 20 minutes before the posted closing time and the person was extremely rude to me when I asked if she could squeeze me in to pick up yogurt for my family. Never coming here again

Hours are wrong it closed by 9:40pm

Super rude guy working there. No welcome, no response when you say hello. Horrible attitude. Felt like I was an inconvenience being there.
