Hey team, it’s time to wake up and stop trying to take advantage of your good customers. I showed up with my Lamborghini Revuelto on Thursday for dinner. The lot was completely empty, but the valet saw my car and tried to hustle me, $15 standard valet suddenly became $100 for a so-called “VIP area,” or else they’d park it 4 blocks away. This is ridiculous. Restaurants should be paying us to showcase cars like that in the front, not trying to squeeze every last penny from loyal customers. We come in, we’re respectful, we support your business, and in return, we get taken advantage of. No surprise restaurants in LA are going downhill when this is how customers are treated. Enough is enough.

I have to say since moving back to LA 3 years ago this is by far the worst restaurant we've been to. Food was overpriced, cold when we got it, over cooked pasta with a fatty meat sauce, over cooked salmon and the worst was the noise was so loud you had to scream to speak to one another. We finished our entrees and got out of there and went to Urth cafe for dessert and coffee. Also it's a young peoples hangout apparently. Horrible experience!

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at this restaurant that left me feeling unsafe. A male customer intentionally spilled a drink on me and then proceeded to verbally harass me — completely unprovoked. I was soaked and shaken, but what was even more disturbing was the staff’s response.
The manager spoke to me in a condescending tone and seemed more concerned with quietly de-escalating the situation than actually addressing what had happened. No real apology, no accountability for the other customer’s behavior, and no genuine concern for my well-being.
As a group of women out for a simple night, the manager made us seem like we were the problem — not the man who harassed us. That’s inexcusable.
To make matters worse, staff went around to nearby tables asking them if they were okay — while completely ignoring me and my party. It felt like the priority was avoiding a scene rather than protecting a guest who was just assaulted.
In the end, the manager offered to take a small amount off our bill “as a courtesy,” which felt more like an afterthought than a meaningful gesture. It did nothing to acknowledge the seriousness of what had occurred.
This was not just bad service — it was a total failure to ensure guest safety and dignity. I came to this restaurant expecting a safe and respectful environment. I won’t be returning, and I hope management seriously reconsiders how they handle situations like this.

Very hip and chill restaurant that offered valet parking. Food and drinks were good, and I’m happy I was able to try Ysabel out. I don’t necessarily think I’ll be back again unless I’m invited to a birthday dinner or something of that sort there where I have to go.

I had high hopes for Ysabel, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While our server was nice, we weren’t given water until about 20 minutes after being seated. The food was just okay — nothing really stood out. I ordered the steak, which was bland and tasted like it had only been salted, with no real seasoning. For dessert, I got the churro sandwich, and it was so drenched in chocolate that it was basically inedible. I’m a huge chocolate lover, but this was overwhelming, messy, and not presented well at all.
What bothered me most was the service. My friend and I consistently felt like we were being treated last. Guests who arrived after us received their food and water first — and we ordered the same dishes, so it wasn’t about cooking time. Over the course of more than two hours, we were served just one appetizer, two meals, and a side. When we politely asked for our food to be checked on, both the manager and the server came over together in a way that felt uncomfortable and like we were being ganged up on.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and not worth the time or money. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

There is no safety for the customers at all. Very poor management amd service. My friend was harassed and the guy created the full scene at the restaurant and they did nothing about it. All the staff just disappeared and later when they appear they said we can't do anything. Horrible experience. For safety purposes never visit this restaurant.

OMG! We had the worst experience of our life. My friend was harassed at the restaurant, the guy touched her without her consent and then he dropped her entire drink on my friend's dress. And literally no one at the restaurant took any cation against that guy. Never going to visit this place again as it is not secured and no security for the customer because no action taken. Worst experience! Customer safety should be taken care by the restaurant and they literally did NOTHING.
Very nice location! We really enjoyed our dinner. One aspect that could be improved is the big size of the chocolate cake.
