We live in West Hollywood and usually enjoy Z Pizza, especially their gluten-free and cauliflower crusts. The pizza was as good as ever, but the experience was disappointing. While the cashier was assisting me the owner, David, interrupted her to give operational notes and did not acknowledge me as a customer. He then went outside, made eye contact with us, but offered no greeting or acknowledgment. There are several pizza options nearby, and while I like Z Pizza, I may choose...

Ordered 2 slices of pepperoni for a quick snack. Lady seemed annoyed we were there and had a negative expression the whole time. Food was okay. Nobody said goodbye on our way out. Don't worry, we won't be coming back.
