ordered 3 burgers tonight, all were cold and looked like they had been sitting under a heater for hours. had to drive back after getting home just to be told they will not make us fresh burgers. 1 of ours wasn't touched the other 2 only had 1 bite. very dissatisfying will not be back again!
my western bacon cheeseburger was cold like it had been sitting! gross!
