These are the rudest employees I have ever come across out of all the places I go. Specifically the white girl there, couldn’t get her name. Extremely rude, hands you your order and slams the window shut and runs off so you can’t get anything else and if you really need anything else you have to sit there for 20 minutes til she feels like she wants to come back. Food was horrible, dry and can’t follow instructions for the order on the app. I would not come here at all if you’re thinking about enjoying some Carl’s Jr food. And not the mention the horrible AI ordering at the machine before you get to the window. These people do the bare minimum and have the absolute worst attitude and atmosphere. I don’t know why this specific location is even in service still and I would not be surprised if they get shut down. Do better as you get paid pretty good.

Today’s date: 11/5/24. I wish I could leave no stars. I stopped by on my way home from work to pick up a quick meal and use the restroom, but couldn’t get anyone at the front desk, since everyone in the building was having a meeting in the managers office and it must of been a very funny meeting since the laughs didn’t stop for close to 5 minutes as I stood there waiting to be helped. They get paid $20 and hour for that? Pathetic.

I ordered a double cheesebooger through the app, 2 minutes later I already picked it up. It felt like they made it on the run, everything in the package was covered in sauce, I got all my hands dirty while unwrapping it. In addition, cabbage was not only inside the burger, but also in large quantities in the package. the food is disgusting. as if they were serving it to pigs. Besides this, the most important thing is cold and dry cutlets and an old bun. My conclusion is this: I will never buy anything at this point again. the burger was old. From order to receipt it took 2-3 minutes maximum. I started eating it in their parking lot. therefore, he himself could not cool down if he was hot. It's a shame.

Rude! Drive thru intercom didn’t work. I told the worker it’s distorted and echoing. Rather than having me come to the front window she proceeded to yell and be rude. She was worse at the window. I told her I couldn’t hear her and why; she slammed the window in my face. June 8th 9:50am. Definitely will not be coming to this location anymore. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rude staff at this location.

I get cutting corners due to the minimum wage being raised. However raising prices and making machines take my order and skimping on the topping for my burger was a bit much.
