My partner and I had a really great breakfast at Serrano's Cafe! Since moving to the area we've been struggling to find a place that does good, simple breakfast food at an affordable price and this is that place. Value for money, this is the best place I've eaten in quite some time.The service was excellent and friendly. Was in town visiting family and we stumbled upon this gem. Amazing service, just run by some amazingly sweet people. The food… wow, probably the best omelet I have ever had. It was so good.The food was so good we came back the next day for breakfast and brought our whole family that was also visiting.This place is a must visit in Sacramento for us.
