Generous portions, tasty food, quick service, very friendly service, convenient parking, nice outdoor & indoor seating, dog friendly. Love that they butter the toast - nice and melty! . Oh and it's fun that they have various flavored creamers, although we didn't need them since the coffee was so good! So happy to have found this place! We'll be regulars! Thank you Serrano Cafe!

Went there for lunch one day and tried to park as close as I could. Got my walker out of the back seat and headed for the café. I was amazed to find a young man opening the door for this old disabled guy. Went in, sat down and enjoyed probably the best burger I have had in years.Yes, I will be back again soon. I just might go back for lunch tomorrow. Thanks Serrano family. Mike.

BAY HILLS Chicken Sandwich might just be the BEST chicken sandwich I've ever had. I got it with onion rings and those were delicious too !! Omg this is going on my list as one of my favorite restaurants! AND the prices are not bad at all !!! Try this place out you won't regret it !

This restaurant is one of the nicest family restaurants you can go to. They are accommodating, friendly and always willing to adjust for the customer. The food comes out quickly, is always made to order from scratch and is hot & delicious. I don't expect a lot of "ambiance" just a clean environment, which it is, friendly, family run place that caters to its customers, and Serrano's checks all the boxes. The Band Burger is my favorite. I substitute a sausage patty for the beef patty to make it truly a breakfast sandwich. Sausage patty, bacon, fried egg cheese and hash browns on a bun with a side for $10.00! Are you kidding me! Best in West Sacramento IMHO. Well done.
