Hey, management must be reading my review. It is brighter in here now. An improvement We are here for my birthday. I wanted to go somewhere in which I feel is healthy. Mongolian bbq does the trick. For $14.95, adults can feast with a do-it-yourself meal. Met up with a friend for lunch here today. Hadn't been to Hing's in a while. This place gets lost in the shuffle of eateries in the area. I've been coming here since I was a teenager with my mom and I've never had a bad experience. Honestly as I sat down to eat my bowl once it was done being cooked I felt like a fool for waiting so long since I had been here last. Great selection of vegetarian options, haven't tried one I don't like yet! Service is rapid fire quick and I've come here on work lunches with no stress of running late. They keep the place very cold so I always bring a sweater but other than that it's a great spot for a sit down lunch.
