Great selection of vegetarian options, haven't tried one I don't like yet! Service is rapid fire quick and I've come here on work lunches with no stress of running late. They keep the place very cold so I always bring a sweater but other than that it's a great spot for a sit down lunch.

Hey, management must be reading my review. It is brighter in here now. An improvement We are here for my birthday. I wanted to go somewhere in which I feel is healthy. Mongolian bbq does the trick. For $14.95, adults can feast with a do-it-yourself meal. At Hings, you would put on some gloves, pick up a bowl, add your choice of meat, veges, and other Asian stuff such as bean sprouts and bamboo shoots. At the end, you season it with a variety of sauces, garlic, and oils Hand your bowl to the cook and they willl proceed to cook it on a flat surface, Mongolian style. Sit down and eat. When you are ready. Go and do it all over again. This is a family friendly restaurant, fun for groups and new experiences, and just a place to relax. My family really enjoys coming here from time to time Overall, my ratings remains the same as posted earlier Meats includes, thin sliced boneless: chicken, beef, pork, lamb Vegetables includes, broccoli, bock Choi, spinach, onions, green onions, cabbage, and a variety of things such as bamboo shoots, canned Chinese corn, pineapple. There is also noodles here. Sauces includes lobster sauce (my favorite), soy sauce, teriyaki, and house sauce NOTE: when putting your bowls together, take in consideration that this is an all you can eat. So, do NOT load up on your bowls. The fun is in the experimentation. Also, use NO more than 1.5 scoops of sauce. Otherwise, it may be over seasoned or salty. Smaller bowls and lots of them is the key. Variety

Met up with a friend for lunch here today. Hadn't been to Hing's in a while. This place gets lost in the shuffle of eateries in the area. I've been coming here since I was a teenager with my mom and I've never had a bad experience. Honestly as I sat down to eat my bowl once it was done being cooked I felt like a fool for waiting so long since I had been here last. My friend and I hadn't even said anything to the waiter but he had a table ready for us with drinks and the side rice and tofu soup once our Mongolian bbq was done! Great service! I made a killer bowl. Using the plastic gloves they provide I pushed down my ingredients and kept piling on more. Using the oils and sauces towards the end I was able to key in on some great flavors. Every bite of my bowl was delicious.

The food waw delicious. I got the Mongolian bbq for dinner on a weekday. They also have weekday lunch specials and also all day dinner combos. The soup and rice and noodles and vegetables were all very good. The owners and workers are all very friendly and helpful. They mske you feel welcome and like family.

One of the last few GREAT Mongolian Grill restaurants in California if not the only one left. I grew up frequenting Mongolian grill restaurants and have enjoyed them my whole life. But unfortunately post covid many shut down and the ones that stayed opened now build the bowls for you, giving you very small portions. This is the only Mongolian grill restaurant that I know that lets actually place the meat, noodles etc in the bowl yourself. Portions and taste is great! Highly Recommend.

Very good Chinese food for a great price. They do have a Mongolian BBQ if you choose that option, but I have another go to in Roseville for my Mongolian cravings. Their Kung Pao chicken and shrimp are very good and they'll adjust it to your heat??level. The other selections are also generally good, especially the hot and sour soup. Friendly efficient service and reasonable prices make this a great place.?
