If there was a chance to give this place a 0 star, I would've. Ain't no way I'm eating at an establishment that has roaches crawling around beating the heat. And when I confronted a worker after they seen me recording the roach, she laughed it off? And the lady behind me really tried to say "it happens"??? No ma'am! It does not happen! Instead of laughing at a customer who lets you know you have bugs crawling around your floors, it's best to find out where the bug is and apologize - this was unacceptable - what's sad is that I made a solid bowl of Mongolian BBQ, and wasn't even able to take a single bite of it because of how disgusted I was.
