I love Insight Coffee Roasters. The only coffee we drink at home. I buy 5# bags of seeds! The tumeric latte is amazing and I tried the Royal Tumeric Bomb. It's amazing. Megan, thanks for your great barista service!

Today was the first time I came to this newer location since they closed the one by Land Park. Before, it was just such a warm, calming, relaxing coffee shop vibe. This place is different and definitely does not have the same feeling. It's located inside a Sun and Soil. I got the honey cinnamon latte and it was okay. Service was fast. It was just not the same and I definitely wouldn't call it a coffee shop anymore.

I came back after the Yelp event to pick up a bag of the Mexico coffee. It was so delicious that I had to come back and pick up a bag. They can grind the coffee for you the way you like it. Standard, extra fine or however you like it. I'm not a regular coffee drinker, but I do enjoy the aroma and taste of coffee. I just can't have too much because of the caffeine.
