I didn't want to order at the Kiosk, and just wanted food for my Grandchildren!! Finally, I went to the kiosks, which were blank. Then she yells to go the back side. Rude, rude rude! When I finally place my order, I ask for the receipt, it gives me a blank piece of paper! I keep receipts, I balance a checkbook. Some people don't, but I do. When I asked for a new copy, they looked at me like I'm stupid. If I place an order at the Kiosk, they can't reprint it at the counter. PUT SOME INK IN THE STUPID THING! Then I asked for Honey packets for my granddaughter, and she gave me Honey Mustard. I very nicely said, no its for Honey and handed them back. She apologized then said they are out of Honey. Seriously?!? I didn't want to place the order at the Kiosk in the first place, now there is no Honey for my granddaughter. The drive-thru was 20 cars deep, which is why we went inside. Never going there again!

One of my favorite McDonald's! Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean location. The only problem is the restroom are frequently out of order but otherwise this is one of my favorite McDonald's.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. I ordered curbside twice in 1 day for my crew & each time they not only forgot to bring it out, they didn't even have it ready when I went in to get it. Over 30 min wait each time, with an item missing one time. They didn't apologize & didn't seem to care. Expensive way for me to learn so hopefully doesn't happen to someone else!

When I asked for a medium iced coffee. It's all ice with some coffee.... Not sure why they think that is ok. I might as well have ordered a small iced coffee.

Apparently, the third time is not the charm when it comes to this place.First time I went there. I was waiting for 10 minutes before. They finally told me their system was down. And they couldn't take payment second time I went there. I told them I was allergic to onions and they put the onions in between the Burger patties so I couldn't even scrape it off. Now the third time they're soda machine was not working. And they offered me an alternative which they up charged for.... Just don't even bother the food isn't even good

The employees are always polite and courteous but the wait time is terrible. Dont bother going in on your lunch hour unless you get 2 hours.
