I didn't want to order at the Kiosk, and just wanted food for my Grandchildren!! Finally, I went to the kiosks, which were blank. Then she yells to go the back side. Rude, rude rude! When I finally place my order, I ask for the receipt, it gives me a blank piece of paper! I keep receipts, I balance a checkbook. Some people don't, but I do. When I asked for a new copy, they looked at me like I'm stupid. If I place an order at the Kiosk, they can't reprint it at the counter. PUT...read full review

One of my favorite McDonald's! Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean location. The only problem is the restroom are frequently out of order but otherwise this is one of my favorite McDonald's.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. I ordered curbside twice in 1 day for my crew & each time they not only forgot to bring it out, they didn't even have it ready when I went in to get it. Over 30 min wait each time, with an item missing one time. They didn't apologize & didn't seem to care. Expensive way for me to learn so hopefully doesn't happen to someone else!
