I don't understand why mozzarella tastes like roquefort... it makes me wonder... Lots of people talk about sour cheese flavor - it is true. Not sure why that is, but that is the reason for us to stop ordering here.
Today is the last day I order from Marcos and I have supported the business for over 3 years. Ordered in bulk for birthday parties, ordered a lot for the family. This must be the 5th time this happens and it is unacceptable.
