“Unusually great for a papa murphy's. Orders are never late, pizzas are made perfectly, staff is down to earth friendly, and it feels very local for a chain.

Respect to the family owners for making this place so great -- your effort shows. After visiting many Papa Murphy's in many states, this one is by far my favorite.“

“Literally the best pizza we always get the XL Garlic Chicken for a family 5 and still have leftovers in the morning. Packed with toppings. They used to do free soda with the pizza but inflation and they stopped completely understandable. Worth every penny at this place“

“Buffalo pizza has really good pizza. & today we ordered a pizza with peperoni, olives. They forgot the olives. However, they came back with a medium pizza with peperoni, olives, (we didn't complain, they just showed up, becauseof the mistake)! Buffalo pizza is our favorite pizza in West Sacramento.“

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“A young man named Amod helped us with our order. He was really helpful and so fast at taking orders and answering questions. This guy was on top of think. Great to see young employees that care. He said the wings are good and crispy, I'll be trying them next “

“These ladies were slammed but they didn’t show it through their service they were so patient and attentive and acknowledged every customer as soon as they came in. I was totally out of it while I was ordering and kept messing up but they never looked annoyed which I don’t think I could’ve done considering how busy they were so great job guys“

“It's a little weird to order from your phone, but the food is good and the drinks are good. The salad I had was a bed of bitter greens with some seeds and sweet potatoes - it was okay. Ordered a personal pizza with a ton of ingredients and it was tasty. I did order a couple things of ranch ($1 each!) and they never came so I just lived without.

Parking: There were nearby racks to lock up your bikes in the direct presence of employees. Great access from the nearby trail.

Kid-friendliness: So this is a place to eat pizza and drink a lot of alcohol. But families are welcome and you need a wristband for purchasing and consuming adult beverages. There's a lot of room for kids to be kids and activities to keep them entertained. It'll keep the adults entertained too. There's good security in case anyone were to get rowdy so nothing to worry about.“

“Honestly I've been eating at this domino's for almost 5 years and I have to say that without a doubt these guys always get my order right and make it with love because the handmade pan pizza is always made exactly how I like it and these guys deserve a bonus for how consistent they always are with my food. “I ordered a couple large pizzas and 2 4-pack mix soda for my team in the office via door dash a coupe of weeks ago. I only received 1 4-pack soda. Door dash driver was blaming the restaurant even though driver confirmed she didn't check the items before leaving the restaurant.I called the restaurant and explain. I believe I heard manager, who was in the background state "tell him I'll bring the sodas right now." I felt he spoke with a little passivity. However, 10 minutes later, he was at my door with an apology.My point is, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. It's how we respond that speaks to our character. Needless to say, I'll be ordering several pizzas today for my team function. Thank you for keeping your word.“
