“With technology changing the surface we encounter while visiting a little Caesars Pizza "hub" keep in mind how early they had their pizza ports in use. We will always evolve so should the way we collect our pizza.I'll keep this review short and to the point. It looks abd tastes like pizza. Bread sticks are delicious as are all their other sides. Is it premium toppings with no short cuts to the finest ingredients. Nope, it's a $10 pizza that's pretty good. Good enough to out last that other similar pizza place in Woodland, Domino's. Rip.“
“First, I would like to tell the management that the two young ladies that were working there tonight when I picked up my pizza we're literally the only two employees in the establishment. They were keeping it together and processing the orders and doing the best they could. Please get them some help!I called and ordered my pizza at 5:40. The young lady said that my pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. I got there a little bit after 6 and then she tells me that they're backlogged and would have my pizza ready in 15 minutes. There was already a guy standing there waiting for his three pizzas. And another guy just walked in. Ordered a pizza and paid for it and then the young lady told him that his pizza would be ready in 15 minutes because they were severely backlogged, he didn't like that so he got his money back and left. One of the workers name was Brookland there was a blonde and brunette. The brunette was Brooklyn, called her self Ariana on the telephone, however, these two young ladies just busted their butts to get these pizzas out.I don't wish for this location to be closed but every time I've gone in there they're always very short staffed , I'm surprised management hasn't hired any extra people. I would come back only if they get my pizza right. I was given a completely different type of pizza and didn't notice until I got home. :(“
“Charming local restaurant with friendly family vibe and delicious food at reasonable prices. Our group of eight enjoyed a fabulous lunch of very generously portioned gourmet sandwiches with yummy asparagus soup side, and beautifully grilled artichoke appetizers. Will definitely be back to check out Sunday brunch and dinner menu.“
“This is the best pizza! I swear you will not be disappointed. I live 30 minutes away and I still make it here once a month. Also, definitely order a salad. They change seasonally and are always flavor combos I wouldn't have thought of but work so well. I wish they'd put in a location near me so I could go once a week.“
“Where do I begin. As soon as you walk in, you get a warm smile like a hug from Carmelita! The place looks really high end and the ambiance is extremely welcoming and calming. They know what they are doing and I wish them the best of success. We are forever customers now. When we sat down, Carmelita, explained everything about the menu, what is great, what she loves, what is popular, and what she thinks we like. We ended up having a Cesar salad, and 2 pizzas ( names under pictures). From the first bite, my eyes closed, and it was bliss. The dough was light and airy, the crust was full of flavor, and each bite takes you to another world. They know what they are doing and we met the chef to thank him for what he did. They have other styles of pizza so we are definitely coming back for the Detroit style deliciousness. Thank you for the delicious food, hospitality, and overall experience.“
“Absolutely delicious! It's just the right amount of heat and flavor; the perfect fusion. The pizza is very dry though, I would love to see this restaurant offer raita as a dipping sauce because ranch doesn't feel right for the curry flavors.“
“This place was AMAZING! The service was friendly and quick while also taking care to prepare everything beautifully. The atmosphere was cozy and felt like a fun hole in the wall and the food was delicious. I got the combo platter with gyro meat and falafel for $16.99. The meat was tasty and perfectly combined the moist crispiness good gyro meat should. The hummus and sauces were delicious and creamy, the produce was fresh, and the pita was warm and fluffy. But the star of the show really was their falafel. The falafel was crispy on the outside and deliciously tender on the inside. The flavor of everything was great but the falafel was truly spectacular. I will be returning soon.“
“I live fairly close so I might be a bit biased, but this place SMACKS! The staff is super friendly and the service is quick. Even when it's busy I hardly have to wait longer than 30 minutes for a pie. My go to is a Thin crust, pepperoni. Reminiscent of a quick NY pie...not quite the same but does the job without breaking the bank. If this place starts offering thin crust slices ready to go, I might have to show up in some timbs and a parka on a daily basis.“
“When you first walk in it looks like a hole in the wall place, nothing fancy... but boy would you be wrong!!! The pizzas they offer for the day all have unique ingredients that you wouldn't normally think about putting together, but let your freak flag fly!!! They are sooooooooo good! They KNOW what they are doing! They have a wide selection of wines that they pair with each pizza, and their salads (which we didn't try) look like a meal by themselves!!! When you sit down and look around, you see kid scribbles on the wall. Obviously from their kid (who's on the website) which gives this place a one of a kind family vibe! Service was quick and professional. Hearing the conversations they have with other people they seem to pride themselves on getting to know their customers! I love it! Please give it a try! You won't be disappointed!“
“Came here for dinner last night and tried the lemon Italian sausage pizza. Very delicious! I also got the bread pudding with a French press coffee. Jason was our server and he was very friendly and gave good suggestions. We love coming here!“
“Great service. Ordered a pizza for pick up on New Year's Eve asked for a suggestion on the type of pizza and it did not disappoint. Ordered an extra large half combo half butter chicken extra spicy. Both was delicious and flavorful. when I picked up the pizza. 20 minutes later, I saw some desserts and asked for a recommendation and got the donut balls. They are amazing.“
“Hop Gardens is a delightful spot for beer enthusiasts! Their extensive selection of craft brews offers something for every palate, and the laid-back atmosphere is perfect for unwinding with friends. With friendly staff and a cozy outdoor patio, it's the ideal destination for enjoying a cold one on a sunny day. A must-visit for beer lovers in the area!“
“This family-owned small business is awesome. Their pizza is one of Sacramento's best, the ingredients are fresh and the food is served hot in a timely manner. The staff are always friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean and great for families.“
“This place makes good pizza. I had the Old School and it was really good. My Dr. Pepper came in a bottle, and they served the pizza with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, olive oil and chili oil on the side. I appreciate not having to ask for that stuff.“
“One of our favorite places to eat!!! Super close to our house off Antelope rd. A must try if you’re looking for good Italian food without breaking the bank. The owner is great, he sometimes has a bounce house setup out front and you can also book it with your birthday reservations. We just had dinner there tonight and good conversations with the staff. You’ll love it“
“The pizza here is REALLY good. Like really, really good, the caveat here is that the dough quality will vary in how well its cooked. To be clear, it always TASTES good, but it's also a roll of the dice if you're going to be getting a well baked slice, or if you're going to end up frantically trying to hold a limping square with its topping spilling onto your forearm. Thankfully, the later instance isn't AS frequent, but it's worth noting. The staff are always very sweet and your food never takes too long to reach your table. The building itself is bright, and I prefer darker, more intimate lighting/colors, but that's my personal taste, not their fault. They also have trivia nights which I plan to attend soon as well! I highly recommend trying them out.“
“This place is making all the other delivery pizza places look bad. Pizza is always made perfect. If you need help with anything ordering online, when you call they will step in and make it so easy for you. The pizza is so good but the prices are reasonable. They don't charge for ranch which I was so shocked by. The delivery charge is so cheap. We now order once a week for a family of 4.“
“The best pizza this side of the Mississippi. Although if you keep going far enough, at what point does this side of the Mississippi become that side?Edit: The best pizza on both sides of the Mississippi.Edit edit: The best pizza in Mississippi as well. This pizza isn’t sold in Mississippi, but I don’t want to exclude them either.“
“The vegan pizza is amazing every time. We tried the pepperoni and the butter chicken and although spicy, the butter chicken pizza was delicious. The service is pretty good, they do attempt to upsell the drinks which I don’t mind. I did not like the videos on the tv screens and the music as they had cursing and you don’t know what is going to pop up on tik tok. So I don’t think we would dine here as a family.“
“The veggie pizza is one of the best we've had just short of Killer Pizza from Mars and Al's does it with less salt. The medium is too big for two so we're taking some slices. I had a root beer float just because it's been decades since I've had one and it's decent (there's some ice in the ice cream) and reasonably priced. The service is okay.“
“Excellent place to watch a game. Bonus: sound is on for the Kings games! Extensive beer menu, full bar, pizza is delicious, and, for the gluten-free fans, the best gluten-free crust around. Friendly servers who give a damn. Highly recommend this locally owned small business.“
“This is our go to spot. I swear we've ordered here once a week for our family since we moved to the neighborhood last year! The other reviews are correct that the sesame seed crust alone is reason enough to go, but it's also one of the best BBQ chicken pizzas I've ever had (and I've had a lot). I love that it's locally owned and they are always so friendly!“
“Pete's is a great place to stop off for a beer and some true pub style food. My wife and I came here on a Thursday night before going to the Steve Trevino show. We walked In and were seated right away by a very upbeat, energetic young man (5'11, brown hair, man-bun). All of the food we had was very good and the services was even better. The young man who seated us was running the whole floor by himself. We were both really impressed with his upbeat attitude and his ability to work the entire restaurant. Management should be very grateful!“
“We personally met Frankie(owner) when we came to the place for the first time and he was very helpful with the menu. He was also very friendly. The food is delicious and the place is beautiful. Plenty of photo op in the place. Will be coming back again if we ever visit sacramento in the future again.“
“Has the best vegi pizza in my area. Also service is phenomenal. The employees are so patient and efficient with friendly attitudes. I l was informed that it is faith based, which has not been confirmed....but if so it shoes and I'm satisfied.“
“Good food - we had pasta dishes. Pretty pricey for what it is ($20+ for a vegetarian penne dish which is really MAYBE 1.5 servings). Ambiance is very cute and Italian inspired. They were understaffed during our visit but managed. The drinks are a good value - you basically get two drinks for the price of one.“
“This pizza place resides in the converted innards of metal storage containers. The pizza comes from a wood oven set up inside. Beyond the traditional offerings of cheese and pepperoni, you'll also find options that utilize toppings like arugula, pesto, mushrooms, and bacon. They have appetizers, like hummus or their wood-fired rosemary bread loaf with herb butter. A rotating selection of craft brews is on offer to compliment your meal. The open-air environment is pleasantly informal. You seat yourself at long tables and may find yourself sharing one with one or two other groups.People bring their dogs and their kids, though you'll probably see more of the former than the latter. The Federalist might not offer the best slice in town, but their unique takes are pretty tasty. They are solidly good.“
“I went today after a long day at work looking for a halal pizza place and I don’t regret it at all. I was blown away by how good the pizza tasted. Not only that, the place was so clean which is very unexpected for a family business and I was treated with kindness and warm hospitality by the staff, and they were very friendly and attentive. Their pizza always has a lot of toppings and you couldn’t find anything like this at regular fast food restaurants. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m craving pizza!“
“This is a cute family hidden gem. The staff is super nice. Their pizza and delicious and the tortellini is great as well. I've never had a bad experience going to this restaurant. My granddaughter who is For loves Italian so this is the spot that I take her. She loves it as well.“
“Great Czech cuisine with an Italian option. A must stop for authentic Czech food or take out pizza. We are from our of state but stop in when we come to Sacramento. The restaurant has just gotten better and better over the last 7 years. It is clear they love what they do and want to share it we us. Again, this is a must stop dinning experience.“
“A group of us met here for dinner after a work training and even though it was raining we enjoyed our time in the outdoor sitting area. Work got us pizzas for the table, plain cheese, veggie and pepperoni and you can’t go wrong with either of those - they were very light and delicious. Service was great and prompt with polite staff.“
“The food was great and so was the service. It was our first time and the server recommended some options. We took her suggestion and placed our order. 1 pepperoni, one margarita, garlic parm wings, and meatballs. Everything tasted great. Make sure you get the ranch to taste homemade and it's great on everything hehehe. :-) We will definitely be back soon.“
“Very good food. The portions for the food we ordered were pretty satisfying. The service was nice. No one went above and beyond for my group, but I was not upset by the service. The decor was very nice. I felt cozy and had plenty of heat from the above heater while dining outside.“
“I have personally gotten take and bake pizzas and 5-cheese bread & the cinnamon monkey bread multiple times. I highly recommend trying different items they have . Amazing fresh items . Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff.“
“I get it, y'all. Like my fellow Yelp Elites have declared: this is the spot. Bar none. Fuggetabouit. We decided to stop here with our group of 6 before visiting the train museum. There was a group ahead of us, but we were able to find enough seating while I went to the counter to order the food. It's a small restaurant, but it doesn't feel crowded even when full. The counter was staffed by a very friendly young lady and another gentleman who apparently used to own the place, but sold it to the current owners. They were very patient as I went through the menu and tried to decide what would be best for our group. I ordered the appetizer of popcorn chicken, a large Mercke Meat pizza, 4 Martinelli apple juices and 2 Sprecher specialty sodas (Cherry Cola and Orange Dream). We were warned that it would take 20-25 minutes for the pizza to come out, but that didn't bother me. First came the popcorn chicken. It was hot and steamy and came with the side of bbq sauce I requested. The kids ate it too quickly for me to get a photo, but it was a nice amuse-bouche. Definitely something you could get in the grocery store, but cooked in a way that I definitely cannot replicate at home. The sodas were spectacular! They are sweetened with glucose and honey and I wish I could find them locally because they were quite refreshing. The pizza: Now I eat pizza everywhere I go. This place has everyone beat. The crust was thin, but not cracker thin. It had the perfect crispiness on the top. The sauce was fresh without being overwhelming, the cheese was gooey and stretchy and man that pepperoni had some kick! You can taste the flavor of each individual meat on the pizza. Even my kids said 6/5 stars because the pizza was so good. All in all it came out to about $56 with tax, but it was worth it!“
“My boyfriend and I love this place. Consistently delicious and the value is phenomenal. We always get an extra large pepperoni and it hasn't disappointed us once. The service is friendly, and the ambience is just what you would want from a genuine pizza joint. We highly recommend it, and encourage you to order for pick-up instead of using delivery apps. Those things take up to 50% of the restaurants profits. We love you Roman's!“
“Great pizza, hands down. The dough is what makes it so worth checking out. And the tomato sauce is simple yet flavorful! The chili olive oil at the table is a must to up the flavor! Tried the 3 meat combo and the non tomato one called the triana w chorizo, garlic and chili oil baked in with arugula added after baking, so fresh tasting!“
“foods always good, time management isn’t tho. Came 15 minutes after ordering like suggested, expected to wait 5-10 additional minutes but 20-25? Did my 2 pizzas get remade? If so i wasn’t informed, Just sat in the lobby on a hard chair while people came and picked up their orders for 20 more minutes. First time it happened but still…“
“If you're new to the Carmichael area, stop by the Mountain Mike's at the Manzanita location. The staff there are always so kind to me (Gary and the tall guy, Happy). The chef, Hiroshi really prepared my food to my liking on my recent visit..thanks guys! :)“
“I had the Short Rib Pappardelle, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I shared a large salad, and it was huge but a bit messy to share. I also had the tiramisu which was served in a cup. It was pretty good but not the best I ever had.I thought this was a sit-down restaurant, but you order your food at the counter and then the food is brought to you. This was fine, but considering the cost of the food, I would expect table service. The menu seemed a bit limited, especially since their catering menu offers a lot more, but overall, it was a good experience, and I would probably go again at some point.“
“Great food in open kitchen and bar that allows for a larger group but leaves space for intimate space when needed. Pizza is the best but remember to try some pasta dishes as well. Beer and wine selection is nice display of local and some larger brewers that match well with all “
“Yanno... Aside from the drunk girl wasted folks and homeless person outside trying to get people to give pizza... I'm not counting that. The pesto pizza is ****ing delicious as **** to have after a night of drinking. The perfect end of a night out on the town. ... Seriously I love that pesto pizza.“
“Absolutely delicious pizza, wings and shawarma! The white sauce is very uniquely made with clean ingredients. The inside ambiance gives off cozy coffee shop vibes. The cleanest pizza place I have ever been to.The owners are so kind and attentive.“
“Great food.. Friendly community atmosphere You have to try the potato skins! Customer service was great, and the staff was friendly. Plenty of games/ qtr machines to keep kids entertained and beer was nice and cold. Definitely will be returning !“
“We really enjoyed our dinner here. The servers didn't constantly bug us but were there when they were needed. The calamari was fantastic, the penne alla vodka was delicious, but my scaloppine alla modenese was good, but on the greasy side. And at that price, we'll, I expect more.“
“We come here everytime the power goes out on the other side of the river. The back area is great with. Big group of kids as they have arcade games and such. Also pool tables. Great for families and large groups. And the best part is the pizza is fantastic!!! No we come even when the power is not out. ?Kid-friendliness: Arcade games will keep the kiddos entertained for a long time!! They have a change machine for quarters, which is a fun 'game' all on its own! ?“
“We loved hot and freshly made pizza, a good flavor and above all excellent customer service, which is basic, I congratulate you, without a doubt, a good option to eat pizzaParking: There is little parking during the day because there are more stores in that place but at night you will always find a place to park.“
“Very good Gluten Free GF pizza. Great taste, amazing crust and lots of cheese! The tables have stands with a warmer for the pizza to sit on, very nice touch. The server was incredibly attentive and courteous. Great experienceDietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was very good, no reactions from a highly-sensitive celiac.“
“We want to send a HUGE Thank You to the Staff for always going above and beyond for allowing us to host 49er watch parties. Service is top notch, food is always fresh and ready to enjoy. We came in for our watch party for Super Bowl and they have decorated just for us.... Thank you to All Staff....“
“Good price and experience. This place is really hard to see. I have walked past the alley many times and never knew it was here. I hidden gem. Great price on walk out or dine in. I will likely be back. I think it's locally owned which is awesome too.Kid-friendliness: Games and TV. You'll likely spend some extra money.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is ok. Entrance is fine.“
