I have loved this place long before they arrived in west sac. The Freeport location has been feeding me for a while. The breakfast burritos are a tremendous value. I especially enjoy the machaca burrito, it’s always bomb dizzle. I miss the adobada burrito I used to get. I assume they switched their meat supplier or something like that as it’s just not the same as it used to be. I still order it once in a while but I’ll get one or two bites that just have a different texture...
You know I love this place. They remind me of the original that was on Freeport Blvd. That restaurant is still there, but they are brand new and don't seem to carry the original brand before they were remodeled.
This restaurant is small. The place is a little out-dated, but the food is great. I usually get the bacon breakfast burrito and it's huge!! They have a fountain soda machine for refills and a chips and salsa area to compliment your order....

I've grown up in the Sacramento area all my life and everyone knows Oscars. Either the one on harbor blvd or across the street from McClatchy highschool. Burritos have always been huge and a great price. Can't get your ca burritos anywhere else. I always call in a phone order so I can go in the drive thru for the harbor blvd location. It's off the corner before getting on 80 west so super convenient. The drive thru is super narrow and sometimes there's suspicious...
