The only thing that was wrong is a order 2 garlic dressing and I received one ranch. Normally I order and pick it up this is the first time I've ever ordered for delivery. What's funny it doesn't matter if I pick it up or delivered my dressing I always get the wrong flavor. Other than that I guess the fact that I had to talk the driver had to find out where my address is.

I ordered a pizza on April 29, 2023. Half Pepperoni and have California Chicken ... all on white sauce. They made it pepperoni on white and garlic chicken on red sauce which tasted awful. I let them know the mistake and they said they can either remake it or make a note and get a free one next time. So i chose to wait until next time since they seemed busy ( we already waited an hour for that pizza) . Called it in today on May 7th, 2023 .. The on shift manager (8 pm) had no idea what im talking about he said he didnt see any note about half and half pizza. In fact they said my last Pizza was an online order. I have never ordered online. After arguing and the manager ...talking over me... for a while they finally said we can just pick it up. So when my husband went to pick up my pizza they didnt look at him in the eye. Didnt offer him soda. Didnt give him any plates and treated him like i was some sort of scam. I understand there was a mistake but we felt offended like we where bothersome to them. They made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable after the whole experience . We will never be ordering from there again.

Has always been one of my favorite pizza places. I knocked off a star for Atmoshere cuz the one here in West Sac is takeout only, so you're just in and out. The pizza has great topping, good crusts and fair prices, and occasional specials.
If you want pizza today, you need to order two weeks in advances. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. Ordered three large at 11:26 am. At 1:06 pm. Called. They said they still hadn’t made them.Awful. Awful. Do not recommend.UPDATE: store manager called. Very apologetic. Appreciate the phone call.
