Although the butter chicken I ordered was very good and the rice was done perfectly I am a little upset about the portion size that I received I understand that can to go orders can be smaller than what you get eating in the restaurant but to pay 1399 for what felt like less than a cup of butter chicken and what looked like 2 cups of rice felt excessive.

Chicken Tikka Masala is my favorite and not a dish I usually get at indian restaurants. I have craved it every week for a month now, and every time I am so thankful it exists. The service is always gentle and kind, the naan is fluffy (lately naan seems cheap at other places in comparison), and the chai is delicious.

We picked this after a trip to IKEA. Didn't have much reviews but thought to give it a try anyway and it was AWFUL! Ordered chicken biryani, it was filled with HUGE chunks of onions and peppers. That was the majority of the dish so it was pretty nasty. The lady who took the order barely speaks any English. I had to repeat myself in the most broken way for her to understand. Simple question like "what spicy levels you guys have?" And the answer was repeatedly just "yes" and a nodding. Was so frustrating. Granted it was so dead only us in the entire restaurant. And I guess it speaks for itself. We were still eating when the same lady got the check, and I paid with a card. She took the card to the register and it needed a pin, she literally told me that across the restaurant and basically was asking me to come enter the pin. We weren't even done! That was very ill mannered. Avoid this place if you can. There are many others in the area im pretty sure is wayyyy better

Great local place for Indian food, prices are reasonable and service is quick. A lot of unusual options that I haven't seen at other Indian restaurants, so I can't wait to go back. Strongly recommend the butter chicken, and the paneer pakora is great.

So good. Cheap prices. I don't have Indian much, but I'm a fan now. I got the lamb curry and could not stop till it was gone. Lamb was very tender, and the dish was only $9. I am not into really spicy stuff, but I got medium spice. Would be willing to try hot next time. Clean, well decorated, great atmosphere, and clean bathrooms too. My co worker and I were the only ones in there, but I hope more people find this sweet place because I want to go again the next time I'm in Sac.
