ONE OF THE WORKERS SMELL LIKE MUSTY AND IT LINGERED. had to hold my breath at cash register and this isn't the first time with this one young lady... the first time thought maybe she forgot but 3 times now... please talk to her about hygiene in the work place. The food is good and solid but i was so scared she was gonna make it cause if she doesn't wash herself does she wash her hands? if the manager or owner sees this its your worker with box braids. when i come back hopefully you have spoken to her but for now my review is staying at a 1.

I ordered a sandwich, some Mac n cheese and a baguette. The best thing was the baguette Portion of sandwich was too small for an adult. Mac n cheese was cold. Baguette was freshly made and warm. I guess we orders at the right time for that. Probably won't order delivery again but may try to go in and order and see if we have a better experience.

Cheese veggie sandwich with avocado was delish. This was a filling sandwich that hit the spot. Service was quick and the place was busy at lunch time - popular for sure.

I am positing an update: The cooperate office was kind enough to issue me a refund and provide me with a meal replacement. I went to the same location and steered clear of the salad, but the staff were super nice and pleasant and the rude lady that was there on my prior was not present, so I had an enjoyable meal. The French dip was yummy.

This place is not very good. I wanted to give it a couple tries before writing a review because I like west coast sourdough at a lot of locations. I got the tomato soup and the southwest chicken salad last time. The soup was cold and the salad's chicken was rubbery, and old. This time I got the #6 BLT I usually get and it has minimal topping on it. For a combo that is $18 it is subpar. I don't think I'll come back.

I just walked there in the middle of lunch hour to get a bowl of soup. I try to open the door and the door is locked but I see people inside. Somebody lets me in and when I go to the register to order I'm told they aren't taking orders. I ask why and they say "they are too busy!" What kind of way is that to run a business? So I just walked right next door to 5 Guys Burgers and gave them my money. Ridiculous.

Very clean, friendly staff & fresh sandwiches. We had a pastrami sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. Very good. Would come back again. Restroom was very clean also.

$18 for a tuna sub with hardly any tuna on it. Never coming back again. Just close it up, you'll never make it.
Sadly under staffed!! The kids working there do their best without any real leadership or support. Not being able to prepare the food in a timely manner and rushing to keep up... The food quality suffers. The last three times I've been there (past 6 months) I've seen multiple customers walk out. Owner do what it takes and staff up, clean up and your sales will be up!

Don’t waste your time. I am sure Taco Bell would be just as good. Ugh. This looks place is a joke. They don’t even know their own restaurant- wife asks for a soup and sandwich combo, they said sure, and then said. Actually we don’t have it. You can buy a sandwich and buy a soup - really, wow… and then their sign said a bunch of soups- they don’t actually have. The flow of this place is dumb- I am waiting to order- and no one is taking my order- come to find out. I am in the wrong spot. Could someone ask me- what I need? Nope. That’s too crazy. Also, they don’t have drinks- because idk. But this place is run terribly and is just over all trash. And needs to be shut down. And maybe they can build something worth spending 45$ for lunch… two sandwiches two bags of chips and a expensive can of soda… wow… just stop. Go anywhere else. Ty

My son recommended this place and not being a sandwich fan was skeptical. Pleasantly surprised though, bread was soft and after toasting had a nice crunch but didn't cut the roof of my mouth like most sandwich places. Even though a bit expensive I'll go again when looking for a quick sandwich meal.

I went to the Sourdough & Co. in downtown Sac and the workers took atleast 20 minutes to get us 3 sandwiches in an empty restaurant. They were very unprofessional and the workers were laughing and not getting us our food. The workers were messing around in the kitchen, while laughing and we waited atleast 5 minutes to take our order when we were the only people in line.
