I am positing an update: The cooperate office was kind enough to issue me a refund and provide me with a meal replacement. I went to the same location and steered clear of the salad, but the staff were super nice and pleasant and the rude lady that was there on my prior was not present, so I had an enjoyable meal. The French dip was yummy.
This place is not very good. I wanted to give it a couple tries before writing a review because I like west coast sourdough at a lot of locations. I got the tomato soup and the southwest chicken salad last time. The soup was cold and the salad's chicken was rubbery, and old. This time I got the #6 BLT I usually get and it has minimal topping on it. For a combo that is $18 it is subpar. I don't think I'll come back.

I ordered a sandwich, some Mac n cheese and a baguette. The best thing was the baguette Portion of sandwich was too small for an adult. Mac n cheese was cold. Baguette was freshly made and warm. I guess we orders at the right time for that. Probably won't order delivery again but may try to go in and order and see if we have a better experience.
