I placed an order through the website which was convenient, and easy to do. Originally I had tried to do an automated phone order, but I couldn’t get by the protein option because it didn’t recognize me saying sofritas. I tried about 5 times and even hung up and tried again, but still I couldn’t get through. I ordered a burrito that was most delicious. On separate occasions the lady at the front has tried to charge me for double meat whenever she feels like the worker gave me too much meat. It’s not my fault the worker felt generous. The burrito on its own is already $16.

I love this chipotle. I frequently visit and I am literally treated like family. I wish I could name drop everyone but two employees that I see regularly are Quinton (I apologize if I misspelled) and Kat. Both employees are very personable and extremely friendly. Working in customer service isn’t easy nowadays however these two are always smiling and always exceed my expectations which is a rarity compared to other places. I appreciate all of you there!
