Ordered a mobile order from this location and was missing two items, my chips n cheese & a taco supreme. I also ordered a bean burrito with no onion/add sour cream (they upcharge for that) which is fine except that's not what I received. Instead I got a 5 layer beefy burrito with no sour cream. When I called they were rude and wanted me to turn in the food I had with my receipt, I live 15 minutes away and it's almost 11pm. I didn't even want a refund. I wanted them own their mistake and make sure they weren't messing up other orders that people paid for, simple as that. I work in the food industry it's not hard to follow a ticket order and get it right. Also not hard to have better customer service and attitude, don't blame the customer for your mistake.

I came there with my backpack. Ate and left. Then I went to the dollar general next door. Sat my back pack and walked around the store.
Then when I walked out I forgot where I set my backpack down. So I called taco bell to check if I left my backpack there, and they said its not there. So I called a second time walk around the store and double check, they said if I call on more time they will call the police.
Like oooooo im soo scared. But the fact that they said that when i lost my backpack and to double check the store is crazy. Real messed up man. Not going there ever again.

I went to get a baja blast and the lady diddnt ask me what size I would like and then before I even got done ordering she had the baja blast hanging out thr windows so it was all melted over all not a good experience, it made me very upset

I tried using the self service kiosk & it kept freezing up & stopped working. Out of two kiosks only the one was temperamentally working. I gave up and went to the cash register.

The cashier who was the manager got my order completely wrong.
She did try to fix it fast & friendly, except by the time the cook got it to me it was still wrong completely & the cook didn't speak English. We attempted to communicate with me just giving up eating what I ended up with. Not even close to what I ordered. But they were very friendly. Just not the service anyone wants where it counts.
