I went to get a baja blast and the lady diddnt ask me what size I would like and then before I even got done ordering she had the baja blast hanging out thr windows so it was all melted over all not a good experience, it made me very upset

I tried using the self service kiosk & it kept freezing up & stopped working. Out of two kiosks only the one was temperamentally working. I gave up and went to the cash register.
The cashier who was the manager got my order completely wrong. She did try to fix it fast & friendly, except by the time the cook got it to me it was still wrong completely & the cook didn't speak English. We attempted to communicate with me just giving up eating what I ended up with. Not even close to what I ordered. But they were very friendly. Just not the service anyone wants where it counts.

They give you the wrong order and no receipt to confirm your order. You can't get your actual order and last thing is they are very dismissive.

Do not go here it makes my stomach upset every time I come here there only 2 or 3 nice employees the Indian girl just throws your food at u and looks at you with dark eyes like she doesn't give a crap about the food she's serving people whether or not it makes them sick not good at all but all the other ladies who work here are very nice
I had order from the Lobby POS, Nacho and cinn. twist with 15 Mild and hot sauces. I had order food so i can have extra sauce for my other items at home. Got my food and now being questions why do i need that many sauce and only allow some many sauce per item. Had this whole Debate about my sauce he said he'll need to ask his manager. She comes up and I said If i had order 15 Hot and Mild why am I being questions if am going to use it or not, and even been questions, If i order it. She said they are going to start charging ppl for extra sauce. I said Thats fine but as of now i order 15 hot and mild if i got charged or not thats what i order. I told her am not going to debate why your POS is not the same with your rules u guys need to fix that, it's not my problem all I know is that I order 15 sauce and now am being questions about it. Who wants to eat after all that. SMH.

I always come to this taco bell and have the best service and this time around 2:50am to 3:00am this young tall gentleman African American wearing a ski mask starts yelling and slamming the window because there was 5 or 6 vehicles behind me. No reason for him to be upset for doing his job. If that's the case he shouldn't be working ?. I'll still come back but I expect this individual to have a better personality when I come through!!
