Tj Take A Bao is a nice little spot and a gem of a mobile kitchen unit. The food is excellent and authentic, using authentic spices and flavors. The pho is pho-nomenal and the Beef Noodles are great, with a broth full of flavor. The cucumber salad, chicken chow mein, and spring rolls are also amazing. The owners are friendly and welcoming. You can sit on the nice patio, prepare orders online for pickup, or get takeaway.
