The food is dull, very little variation, and despite the high cost their delivery drivers don't follow instructions, are rough with packages (in this photo they had just literally tossed it over the gate). This has even happened to me on rainy days, when they simply left it on the street OUTSIDE my gate. Customer service responded to complaints with sarcasm.

DO NOT WASTE your money! Got 3 deliveries of 14 meals each at $200 each delivery and tried to change my subscription meals each time via the app with no luck and now I have about 20 disgusting tofu and chili bowls! I am over this meal service! I canceled after that. I would not ever trust this meal service company or the app!Never even offered any compensation or returns or anything! Now this is a waste of $600!!!???

I tried 4 rounds of shipments with this company- (48 meals total) All 4 rounds they delivered wrong meals then what I ordered so I cancelled my subscription and got them to refund me on my last order for the 7 out of 14 meals that they had wrong that I did not order. Also, not only that but the food delivered is bland for the most part. I did the Whole 30/Paleo meals and it seems the only vegetable they like to use are sweet potatoes. Not a lot of creativity from the chef on meals for this company and overpriced for what you actually get. Would not recommend to someone, Also I did not know until just now that they also have a lawsuit filed against them for being deceptive about their food they serve, etc. Not worth the money!

I don’t know how they are still in business or how those people in Netflix are able to eat their food for more than 1 week. Their food just tastes horrible and some box just smells like vomit after you heat it up. It’s not the food had gone bad it’s just terrible seasoning and cooking combined.

I ordered 1 week of meals. 21 in total. They sent me 7 meals of the same thing. Vegan meals are bland and aweful. I wanted to like them.

This is a great company. You get what you pay for and put in your body. This is premium nutrition.

I will start off by saying the food is really good, and you are saving on convience plus ingredients. That’s the good. The bad is in the false advertising. I was under the impression that I receive 50% off each order, because I keep receiving discount emails although my first order was placed. On Sunday I looked at my bank account and see that I was charged the full amount for my next order, without a window to make any adjustments. That’s an increase of over $100. I was not budgeting for this especially around the holidays. I called this morning to see if an adjustment could be made since I keep receiving discount emails. The answer was a flat out “no, the system will not allow.” I asked if I could simply adjust the number of entrees, again the answer was, no. Then, I asked to simply cancel as the order had not been delivered. Another, no. Welp, I won’t be using your service although I enjoyed the food and will also have to redo my budget for the holidays. You may want to aggregate the emails existing customers receive vs the e-mails new customers receive to ease confusion. What is more frustrating is the customer service person was unwilling to meet me halfway.

im not sure how these portions are supposed to be satisfying for Any athlete to normal sized person. their tracking email was never sent so my food was sitting out for about a day before i figured it out. the app is chalk full of stuff to sell instead of ease of use to simply pick your own food choices, not easy to navigate, one food container was partially opened and leaking, i dont believe the nutrition facts are real bc these portions wouldn't fill up a small dog. aside from that the food looks gross and they're in plastic containers that absolutely leech out chemicals when heated. this is trash disguised as utlra healthy.. but what else do you expect from a service that lied to crossfit community about 2017 food source for the crossfit games. Ihop food fr.

Company is great and so is the service… I made a mistake with my username and I called in on a Sunday, got right through to Trent who was awesome in helping in me get it taken care of and even helped me change my meal plan to every other week after the weeks order was already placed. Thanks Trent!!!

The vegetarian meals are awful. Weird spice mixes, mushy vegetables, just not tasty at all. I was at first excited that I found a meal program with so many veggie options. But it's literally like they just threw some ingredients together with some strange "spices" and called it a day. Not only that, because you have to give them at least a week's notice to cancel the next week's order, it didn't give me time to try it out first before I continued! So I'm getting another week's worth of horrible meals that honestly, are going in the trash. Truly disappointed.

Horrible company with horrible customer service. Pollyana F. was useless. Do not waste your money.Received our first order on Friday. Tried 2 meals Saturday which were both inedible. Canceled my subscription on Saturday immediately and am still being charged for a second week of horrible food that will be going straight to our trash. Was told I had to cancel a week before I even got my first order.

Will never order again. I tried to cancel my subscription for a few weeks because I had too many meals and was traveling, but there is no way to do that on their website.I order from 3 other meal delivery services for years and have never had an experience like this.So I sent an email through their contact page, and it took them 3 days to respond. And the response was rude. And since 3 days had passed, they automatically charged my card and shipped another box.The food was decent, but the customer service has completely turned my wife and I off to Trifecta.Oh yeah, they literally use powdered eggs for the breakfast meals.Stay away from them. Fresh n Lean is MUCH better, and so is Nutrition for Longevity.

I CANNOT believe any of the good reviews - they MUST be planted!! Absolutely ridiculous. Look at the bad reviews FIRST. This may be the worst food we’ve EVER eaten. Honestly. And I’ve eaten over a dozen different meals now! I got stuck with TWO orders because their rep didn’t cancel my subscription correctly. And the portion sizes are minuscule if you’re serving 2 people per meal, which is what we bought. We bought the vegetarian plan, although they did send us seafood meals. I just ate a shrimp meal - I couldn’t even chew the shrimp it was so dry and tough!!! The vegetarian meals … well … I didn’t think anyone could cook meals so completely flavorless! And mushy. And weirdly seasoned. As a “mostly”vegetarian I’ll eat almost anything - not fussy, just looking for fuel. And I’m eating these meals for lunch since we paid for them (John refuses to eat any more of them). But it’s a chore to eat it. If you have any kind of a well developed palate do a hard PASS on Trifecta. There are much better frozen meal companies out there - that even hire real chefs to develop their recipes! I’m completely gobsmacked that this company is in business. But as always … you do you.

The taste was bland, but they get 1 start for making it so hard to cancel. Add the option to the site like every other application in the world!! If you trust your product, dont make it so hard!!!

High quality, healthy, fresh food. I swim every day, bike, and am an active person. The missing link in my life has been the nutrional aspect, Trifecta addresses this perfectly for me. ALSO the customer service is awesome (I've had to use it)!
