FIRST, DONT GO TO THIS JERSEY MIKES. I ordered 2 sandwiches early morning before opening for a scheduled 415pm pickup. I needed a couple sandwiches for a party. They called me at 417pm while walking into the store to tell me they don't have white bread, turkey nor bacon. How does a sandwich store not have white bread and turkey. Totally unacceptable!!! Also when I asked for my money back, they claimed they have a new system and couldn't do it. I had to open a ticket with customer service. I received points for the price of my sandwiches 3 days later.
I love jersey Mike's sandwiches so I went to El Segundo jerseys Mike's. The one on Century blvd is better too. I learned they are all franchises so obviously this one didn't read the operating manual.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Only 1 was made.

When I responded to Maddy’s question “do you want to order something else” and I said no, just waiting for my initial order. Maddy was rude and laughed at me. She needs to be trained on customer service. A simple apology would have been so easy.

Don’t waste your time to come here!!

I am an avid jersey mikes fan and I have NEVER been more disappointed by my food, barely ate half my sandwich. We ordered online they didn’t add any of the mikes way to ingredients, didn’t follow any customizations, and forgot my drink and chips. Now I’m leaving my lunch break hungry because the quality was so bad, I’ve always lived Jersey mikes but trust I will never be back to this one again.

We placed our order online and with traffic it took us extra 20 mins to get there, the upside there's no wait for our sandwich which was already sitting on the shelf ready for collection.

It was Saturday noon and suddenly the place filled up with hungry folks. We were ready to eat but it was chilly inside while outside was warm so we moved out. Our turkey sandwich with Mike's way was delicious, it would have been better with a little more vinegar but definitely hit the spot

The 3 girls working the closing shift were very helpful, intellgieable, hard-working! Me and my fiance, Steven even had the opportunity to pray with one of the girls and bless her with God's love and presence!

Open less than a year and horrible service. White bread so dark and dry look like wheat, rolls hard, charged $4 randomly for xtra meat- made up the price on the spot. Everything is high everywhere but people don't mind price if value is there. This is a overpriced dump, poor quality with kids that can't speak clearly to customers or provide decent service, food or pricing!

FOUR WORDS. No. Sense. Of. Urgency. The store was clean, my sub was bomb and the crew was polite that’s why they got 3 stars

But my god… these pour kids are in for a rude awakening every lunch hour if they don’t learn to move faster. It took them 10-15 mins to make one single order. I truly don’t think I’ve ever seen someone move so slowly making a sandwich before, and that was every person working. Every single kid working moved at a snails pace.

Time is money- learn to move quickly and efficiently

Being from the uk the only thing I’ve had similar is Subway. I’d say it’s on a par with subway depending on what you have. None the less, very good food.

I’m a huge fan of this place and have been coming here ~2x a week since they opened to get giant tuna/super or club subs I like to eat when o WFH.

Unfortunately, the last few times the meat has been a bit light and tuna I got today seemed to barely have tuna on it. Dunno if it’s coming from corporate or what but guys please put enough meat on the sandwich! I really hope this goes back to normal so I don’t need to find a new deli.

This has to the be the cleanest sub shop I’ve ever been to. The staff are so polite and friendly! I truly enjoyed my Sammy! Ty guys!
