Always a good meal. My husband and I order here a few times a month, and this is our local shop. Had a slight issue with the 3rd party delivery and the acting manager was so quick to resolve my issue. Even though he had no reason to, because it was the driver and not his store, he apologized profusely and fixed my issue within minutes. It's nice to find a place that really cares about customers. Thanks Shareef (sorry if that's misspelled), the acting manager for all your help and thanks to Jersey Mike's for helping me have a piece of Jersey here on the West Coast

I came because I wanted to support the new business. The wait time was long, but the people were nice. I ordered specifically to use a coupon. And after 30 minutes my order was ready, but I had left the coupon in the car and they refused to honor it. After this, I'll never come to this jersey mikes again on principle.

Today I had the cheesesteak sub and I'm in love. I honestly might have just found out what I'll be eating during the Super Bowl this Sunday. So thank you! Haven't really gone out of my way for sandwiches in I don't know, maybe a year or two now. Glad I did and look forward to more great food.
