The Boy & The Bear - Coffee Roastery

I came here for the first time today, and Jasmine was so welcoming and bright. Made my day, and I think it made the coffee taste even better than it already was.

Great coffee and Matcha

Their coffee is always good and wakens me up perfectly. Their croissants are also decent. It does get busy here over the weekends but I still see a lot of work being able to get work done from their cafe. The people are always nice and give good energy.

Clean location. I tried the iced mocha latte and it was delicious. Parking is free but a bit tricky as it’s located in the apartment complex where the shop is at

Cute little spot and great coffee

This was our first stop after flying into LAX and it did not disappoint! I wish I caught the barista’s name because she was so helpful and friendly, even with all our questions. We were able to get a spot in the basement no problem, but I could see why others might have had parking issues. The coffee and food were all fantastic! The apple pie danish was amazing and the coffee was the best we had the whole trip. It was clean and spacious inside, as well. It looks to be a great place to work from. We would definitely recommend! I wish we had been able to stop at other locations too.

Such great service today. The gentleman explained all the differences between macchiato, cottage, cappuccino, and flat white to my husband. The almond croissant was good too.

The perfect spot to stop for a morning pastry + coffee. Outlets, free WiFi, plenty of seating and parking nearby. Only pastries, but a wide selection. Espresso is great and service is fast and the staff is kind + attentive.

Really great coffee spot, a go-to when I head to/from LAX. Spot on americanos and lattes with solid pastries.

Very delicious mocha, and their pastries are really good. Especially the croissant and the guava cheese pastry. Menu is just for coffee, but they always have pastries available next to the register that are 6-7 dollars each. A bit expensive (I got two pastries and a mocha and it ran me 23 dollars), but they are good.

Great coffee and great pastries. What’s not to love?
