Delicious food, great atmosphere. It’s open until late, services is efficient.Staff is welcoming, especially Maddie, is the best. She is knowledgeable about the menu, very hardworking, pleasant and patient.

Our server Maddie was amazing! We came in with our young baby and Maddie was very attentive and prompt with service. She was friendly and kind and made sure we were ok by checking our table multiple times. The 13$ deal with unlimited soup and salad was great. It also came with a mini personal sized Pazookie. My wife and I are definitely planing to come back and try a couple of the other options on the 13$ menu deal while it’s around. Thanks for the great service, Maddie!

This location was awesome in accommodating us. We were coming in to celebrate a graduation and originally had a party of ~18.
Well, when we got in there… we had 28. The whole team there, led by Joe the General Manager, helped take care of us to the maximum. They got right on moving tables and making sure that we had what we needed. They were constantly checking in on us and ensuring we were having a great experience.
Our server was awesome. She came in on our day off to take care of it and she was FANTASTIC.
Just wanted to thank everyone at the BJ’s in Westlake because what could have been chaos, was made so much easier. Thank you for making celebrating our graduate so special. 🙏🏻

Greyson W is a great server. On the busiest night of the week, short employees, he came to our table within a few minutes. He is very attentive and calm in the chaos. Kudos Greyson- you deserve a raise!

GREYSON W. IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. BUSIEST NIGHT AND THIS GUY WAS STELLAR 🙌🙌 so calm the entire time, got our food out so fast, so so polite, 10/10 give this guy a raise 🙏🙏 HE DESERVES IT!!!!!!

Maddie was great: fun, patient as we were a large group that came in at sort of a bit of an odd time between when a pricing special was shifting and there were different folks servicing different parts of the restaurant, but she rolled with all the punches well and it was a joy for all

Firstly, I would like to give a huge shout out to Juan our server! Juan made our dining experience a pleasure. He was very attentive and hospitable. By the end of the meal it felt as if he was part of our family. Thank you to BJ's for another great dinner. Our dishes were prepared perfectly, which we find consistently here at BJ's Westlake. Happy repeat customers!
