The one star is for customer service only.
I preordered online the night before for my daughter’s daycare teachers and chose curbside pickup. I am not sure if its the system or what not but the employee told me I had to go in or else the order won’t be made. So I went in but had to wait for 20min to get my order. People ordered after me got their cookies before me. Now, don’t get me wrong. I am ok with this because I understand things don’t always go correctly like the system glitched or something. But, I specifically paid extra for a gift wrap and a thank you note for the hardworking teachers at the daycare. There was none. I didn’t have time to ask the employees there for the gift wrap and thank you note because I was running late. In a world where many things can be automated, the employees should really cherish their job. If they are miserable, quit and let someone else more competent to do the job.

Ordered 6 pack of cookies and ordered 2 french toast this is wtf i got instead of 2 actual size cookies... i'm not really mad that they're mini mad that they're literally inedible they are ROCK HARD like ok this isn't even the first time my order has been messed up at this location it is messed up almost every single time i order
