I preordered online the night before for my daughter’s daycare teachers and chose curbside pickup. I am not sure if its the system or what not but the employee told me I had to go in or else the order won’t be made. So I went in but had to wait for 20min to get my order. People ordered after me got their cookies before me. Now, don’t get me wrong. I am ok with this because I understand things don’t always go correctly like the system glitched or something. But, I specifically paid extra for a gift wrap and a thank you note for the hardworking teachers at the daycare. There was none. I didn’t have time to ask the employees there for the gift wrap and thank you note because I was running late. In a world where many things can be automated, the employees should really cherish their job. If they are miserable, quit and let someone else more competent to do the job.
