Great food, and a nice outdoor section. Learned the hard way that if we had sat in bar area (15 ft away) during happy hour there was a 40% discount. A tad disappointed.

Such a disappointing experience. Two of my dearest friends treated me to a birthday dinner. We were so looking forward to a pleasant evening with really nice food.
The servers acted as if they were doing us a favor by just being there. We had to ask for water and straws at least 3 times before we got them. The calamari appetizer was cold, hardly cooked and it didn’t even LOOK appetizing.
Two of us had seafood dishes and one ordered a veal dish. If quantity is what you’re looking for, they were large portions, however, quality was poorer than one would expect in a fast food restaurant. Neither one of us will ever consider going back there.

Never had a bad meal here. Everything is delicious. Service is impeccable and if you are not at the bar, noose level is reasonable.

Usually the food is good. But tonight, Veal piccata was burnt and cold. Vegetables were cold. Pizza dough was so soggy, my kid just could not eat it. We got credit for pizza, but I just feel like that was the grossest food, and my stomach feels gross!
Had a wonderful time here. The food was exceptional, the waitstaff was on point and enjoyed the very relaxing ambiance. Good place for some quality Italian cuisine

If I could leave a rating lower than one star I would. I brought my client (who’s an 84 year old man) to Farfalla for dinner. First, our waiter was very abrasive, very impatient and rude. My client simply wanted a tortellini pasta in white sauce. He was told that they don’t have that and convinced him to go with a ravioli with spinach. I ordered a seared ahi tuna salad. The tuna was cold as if it’s been sitting and the portobello mushrooms were also cold. The entire salad was terrible. While I was still eating, the person who buses tables started clearing all dishes in our table. I tried to let the manager know about how our experience has been and he did not express any apologies at all.
We are extremely disappointed with the food and the service.

I sat at the bar and had very poor service. The calamari fritti and linguine pescatora. The calamari breading was a bit soggy but otherwise tasted good. The seafood on the linguine and and was fresh and generously proportioned, but the sauce and dish overall was mediocre and not worth the price tag in my opinion. They have happy hour on weekdays and the entire food menu is 40% off if you sit at the bar. The waiter at the bar was curt and unfriendly the entire time, and was rude when I asked for a non-itemized receipt. Even though the happy hour is a great deal, the food and service isn’t worth it and I will not be back.

One of the great experiences one could have in this area. Great food and great wine. One cannot go wrong at all. Our vegetarian dishes were of great taste. The wait staff is highly knowledgeable and made good recommendations.
Must enjoy this experience.

Terrible to go order. The pizza was raw definitely not well done as the receipt requests. The pasta was so overcooked that it became mush and inedible. Would have brought the food back but I was told when I ordered they would be closing is 15mins. I dealt with two hostesses.Have heard lately the quality of the food doesn't match its pricing and it really shows.Sad that a lot of places in WLV are just not as good anymore.

Farfalla is an Italian located at the promenade in Westlake Village. It is a sibling to the other Farfalla that is located in the Loz Feliz neck of the woods. This is a nice, upscale Italian restaurant. The food is not heavy and smothered in sauce to hide the favors. The dishes are simple and elegant. Most of the food is made in-house, so you shouldn't have to worry about thawed out frozen products. The service is impeccable. They are polite, knowledgeable, and continually come by to see if you need a water refill or anything else. This is a great establishment for get-togethers, dates, meetings, or just celebrating the love of Italian cuisine. You don't have to dress too fancy. Just dress to eat happily. It's worth the visit.
