Finney's Crafthouse - Westlake Village

Maybe it was the chefs night off??? The food was terrible. Everything was over cooked. The brussel sprouts were inedible. The chicken couldn't by cut with a knife. The server was very nice, and they tried to make it right when we complained, but we left with more than half the food left on the table. We won't be back... too inconsistent, and pricey.

Wow, it's really crowded. It's noisy because it's like a sports bar. The pizza was delicious and the beer was delicious, but the servers were so busy that they seemed distracted. It's a place worth visiting at least once.

You want the most evenly distributed nachos of your life? This is the place my friend. But seriously, this place is great. All the food I've tried has been excellent.

I guess I wanted this place to be something it's not, so my review is admittedly unfair. It's a local elbow-to-elbow pub, with pub grub fare. There were almost as many dogs as people outside. We got the mushroom pizza, which has a weird sauce, that gave both my wife and a sick stomach.

We come to Finney’s 3-4 times a month. We especially love the happy hour. On Tuesday, we came for a quick bite. For food, we had a bison burger with fries and a grilled cheese sandwich. The bison burger was so small, I thought it was a slider. And, all it had inside beside the meat was a thin jam. The taste was a little dry but I was able to eat it in 3 bites. The grilled cheese was made with stale bread that could have broken teeth. We will no longer be ordering those items. The service was just ok. I had to chase down the server to get my water glass refilled.
