Firehouse Subs Westlake Village

I've only been here 3 times for takeout... so far. But this place treats customers with an exceptional amount of respect and care. Every time, would I like a cup for water while I wait for my sandwich to be made. Would I like some pickle spears with my order. Oh yeah, and I think their sandwiches are quite tasty.

If I could give a 20 out of 10 I so would!! The blonde cashier with curly hair was such a dear and brought out our food to the car! He should so get a raise. Amazing food too

I tried the smokehouse brisket and I added lettuce tomatoes pickles (because I do that to every sandwich) and it came with a dill pickle spear on the side. The chef also offered me a side of the signature sauce which I added on between bites.

The brisket was spiced beautifully, tender and flaky almost cloud like. All the veggies fresh and the bread is fluffy and freshly baked. 10/10 exactly what you want from a sandwich shop. Love the concept that it also supports first responders with life saving equipment and that they play classic rock. Will definitely be back.

Ordered 3 sandwiches and a side. Store wasn't busy. They left the side out of the to go bag. 3 other sandwich places within a mile that always get the order right, so probably won't return.

Got the Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and it was phenomenal! The smoked brisket coupled with the cheese really melted in my mouth. Manager was very inviting and friendly. 100% will come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
