Delicious decacies and a comprehensive selection of different breakfast dishes - eggs, bacon, waffles and pancakes. Service from Carmela was top notch, professional, friendly and efficient. A delightful experience sure to be repeated.
Service by Carmela was outstanding. She was friendly, professional and any and all requests were handled with the utmost of customer service in mind. Food was tasty as well. Job well done.
We didn't eat here. This is a hotel lounge that's basically the lobby. They have 4 things on their menu. It's not a hotel restaurant you would go to if you weren't staying there, which is what I thought it would be. So we sat down for a second but realized what it was and left- no hard feelings. But not a restaurant I'd recommend for a nice night out.
Mahi tacos are pretty good. However flour tortilla is the only option and it is a fish stick laid inside. 2 tacos for the price could be steep. The chips that accompanies the tacos are good tho. Hyatt is clean in the common areas and has a nice setting. Service is always hit or miss. Wine options are great though!
Christmas Day. Buffet only. Ridiculously overpriced for a very small and boring buffet. The only nice bit of the place was that we could hear ourselves talk. We had no idea what the charge of the meal would be because it was never revealed or posted. We were shocked by the bill given the quality of the experience. Horrendous and corporate greed at its best. We were idiots to have partaken!
Real disappointed. We arrived and were notified that menu meals were available but had to wait 45 min due to a large party event. The buffet was available, but the food was mediocre, i.e., pancakes tough, dried out. Supposedly, we had a reservation (Open Table) but no hostess to greet and seat us. We basically had to seat ourselves and help the waiter move two tables together for our party of seven. Definitely, not what was expected from a hotel in Westlake Village.
Had a drink at the hotel bar here. Very quiet Tuesday. Bartender was nice. Drink was solid.

I have dined here several times in the past. It is a decent restaurant, but nothing really special. The breakfast buffet was rather limited, ambience is lacking, and service is fine, but not great. It seems like a typical restaurant in a hotel that mostly caters to businesses.
Great experience. Our server Jessica was fantastic! Food was delicious and they were quite attentive.
Worst service I've ever experienced, we ended up getting up and leaving to another breakfast place for my mom's birthday. When we first got there, they didn't have our reservation for 15 people. They refused to seat us outside (outside was completely empty) I got an attitude the whole time from the man who was helping us. Finally he set us up outside and it took 15 minutes to get menus. When he brought the Menus breakfast was “over” and he refused to ask the kitchen if they could accommodate us since we were there for breakfast. We sat for 30 mins with no drinks. Horrible service, we left and went to Brent's Deli which is across the street. They were able to seat us within 10 mins and the service was fantastic!

Nice and convenient if staying at the Hyatt. Our first night we didn't feel like going out so just went downstairs. There was only one staff person in front on a Friday afternoon/evening, but not crowded - only one or two tables plus a couple people at the bar. Still the service was ok - you don't expect great from a hotel, so, no complaints there, however after finishing about half my soda I noticed the glass had not been cleaned since the last patron. The food was very good, and the glass was replaced, but for me, probably not going back.

The food was delicious and the service from Carmen was outstanding. Attentive, caring and gracious. This is a delightful restaurant and their menu has a nice variety of tempting breakfast dishes with unusual touches. But, most important of all, we felt like we were being well taken care of from the efficient and courteous service from Carmen.
Carmela is amazing. Attentive, caring and providing outstanding wait service. The new menu has a myriad of tasty options, including carbs, eggs, and lox. I was impressed with the options, but most importantly appreciated and cherished the outstanding and professional service provided by Carmela. Job well done.
