Nice and convenient if staying at the Hyatt. Our first night we didn't feel like going out so just went downstairs. There was only one staff person in front on a Friday afternoon/evening, but not crowded - only one or two tables plus a couple people at the bar. Still the service was ok - you don't expect great from a hotel, so, no complaints there, however after finishing about half my soda I noticed the glass had not been cleaned since the last patron. The food was very good, and the glass was replaced, but for me, probably not going back.

The food was delicious and the service from Carmen was outstanding. Attentive, caring and gracious. This is a delightful restaurant and their menu has a nice variety of tempting breakfast dishes with unusual touches. But, most important of all, we felt like we were being well taken care of from the efficient and courteous service from Carmen.
Carmela is amazing. Attentive, caring and providing outstanding wait service. The new menu has a myriad of tasty options, including carbs, eggs, and lox. I was impressed with the options, but most importantly appreciated and cherished the outstanding and professional service provided by Carmela. Job well done.

This was such a great dining experience. The food was amazing and i had the best lemon drop in LA!! Seriously was amazing. Ivan was great and would definitely go there again. Highly recommend the salmon as was delicious

Waited 10 minutes at the table then decided to get our own menus when nobody would acknowledge our existence. Waited another 10 minutes then went in to politely ask if we could get a server to come to our table. the table next to us went in and ordered their own coffee. When their server (the one I asked for a server) delivered the coffee he told the table that guests were coming in and being rude to them - probably referring to me. If you get the server with the man bun I would request another server.Update: 20 minutes since ordering and still no food.2nd Update: 25 minutes later after we ordered our food it’s still hasn’t arrived. Just got up and left.

Wonderful and amazing cuisine. Breakfast was nicely prepared and cooked to perfection. The highlight was the waitservice provided by Carmela, which was outstanding. She was wonderful. Kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Well worth it all for a sublime experience, so request Carmela. Job well done.

It would be nice if the hotel would arrange to have the gardeners mow and blow between meal times. We were sitting out on the patio, which is lovely, but it was so noisy that it was difficult to enjoy. That's why the low mark.

Probably the most plain breakfast I’ve ever received in my life. Service and cleanliness are top notch. Prices are what you’d expect.The hash browns weren’t even brown (as you can see in the picture). they were literally mushy on the inside and the turkey sausage links were lukewarm, as if they had been frozen and they didn’t cook it long enough on each side.
Made a reservation and confirmed the reservation for a Saturday night. Showed up and it was empty with no staff around. Waited for a bit and left.

We had a great dinner. The Bavarian pretzel charcuterie was sooo tasty, great to share. The drinks were yummy and no skimp on the alchol.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoyed their meal and they do have a kids menu, with all the basics your kids would want.

The restaurant was empty on Valentine's Day. We were seated in the back of the restaurant with no one else there. We ordered a salad and it showed up after the entrée. The food was okay, not great. Live & learn. Don't eat at a hotel restaurant.

Well I have to say I read few the comments online wasn't sure if I wanted to go although IVAN our server was amazing guy great service gave us 5 star service I will take my family there again BUT a I say to the hotel ownership need to upgrade the setting it's from 90s I know because I'm in hospitality Bussiness I wish them good luck I say try it before you judge it
