I don’t usually leave reviews, however, I came in at 9pm two nights and right away the guy with the long hair clearly was visibly upset I came in. I specifically asked for no cheese on my sandwich. He proceeds to just take the cheese off without replacing the bread. Out of white bread. That’s fine. I ask for wheat. He puts it on the Parmesan bread and by the time I got home it was already too late. I had an allergy so I just wish my needs were taken care of. Not tryna sound like a Karen but it was just an awful customer service experience.

This is absolutely the best Mike’s Subs around. The staff is always polite, friendly, and welcoming. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and made just right every time.

I really love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great subs and excellent service.

Definitely friendly, in a cute location and just fast. We came in between a basketball game and got our whole team done within 30 minutes. And that’s a team of 8 and parents ordering too. They have the girls a friendly good luck and welcomed us to California because we are from Texas!

The Place looks pretty clean and organized as most locations usually do. The customer service could use some improvement, aside from the fact that the employees don’t know the menu the lead female seemed anxious or bothered not a customer friendly person I would say. She literally threw what she wanted in my sandwich ? and made face gestures as told her what to put in it but didn’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my coworkers nor come back… ??‍♂️

Enjoy the sandwiches there making fresh. Very friendly staff and fast services.

I mean, a sandwich is a sandwich, no matter which Jersey Mike's you visit, but why do the employees at this location always seem semi-terrified? Like, seriously, I pointed out a VERY small issue with my sandwich, and I thought the poor kid who made it was going to cry. We're now three for three for tense visits to this store. Hostile work environment, much?
