Absolutely lucked out on my last business trip to Westlake Village finding Lava Kitchen. The staff was absolutely amazing and the food authentic and delicious. Beautiful and intimate dining space. Portions were fantastic. Highly recommend the sultani with filet and ground beef. Easily enough to feed 2. Look forward to returning on my next trip back.
Great Persian cuisine in the Westlake Village area, and if not the best in the area. The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. Pretty much every dish here is delicious. I highly recommend the cherry rice here.
A must-visit! Lava Kitchen is a true gem. The food is absolutely delicious, and you can taste the care and passion in every dish. The stews are particularly incredible rich and flavorful. I had the chicken pomegranate walnut stew, and it was a revelation. It's clear they use fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. Beyond the amazing food, the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
