My drinks were half full, my hash brown came broken & my sausage came without the sausage,,?,?? I called McDonalds customer support line to get it fixed and they said they’ll contact the store …What isn’t that the whole point for customer service to fix the issue then and there ??,?? Went there the other day to get a double cheese burger and small fries and a small coke every thing was cold. I tryed calling I left a message no return call. I called a couple times. went back today with my receipt asked for a manager told the lady what happened she immediately started shaking her head and didn't believe me she said I'll take care of it finally I went to my car checked my food and it was cold again I didn't even return I just thought to myself that's why they work here they don't really care but I won't be back the manager was super rude also.

Graham at the front counter was exceptionally pleasant and clearly doing a great job. This location is very lucky to have him!
They gave almost half empty boxes of French fries and the filet of fish half slice of cheese was slapped on and hanging off the edge, barely covering any of the fish.

Why you would make, much less serve, a cheeseburger smashed and drenched in ketchup is hard to understand beyond an "I-don't-care about- the-customer" attitude. No more chances for this location.
