You order and pay at the counter. They bring the food to your table. When you're done, you're good to be on your way again. Food was good enough.
They have a great patio that has nice mix of sun and shade. The food is very healthy and clean and can be modified for all dietary restrictions including vegan and gluten free. The enchilada special was a little mushy but still had a good flavor. They're veggie burgers are great here. Also the Southwest salad. Parking is hard to find. Staff is friendly
Delicious and Fresh food!!
So good Kallie is a great manager!
My first time eating here and it did not disappoint. The freshest food. You could taste the love that goes into the food from their chef in the back. This is a hidden gem. I’ll be back!
Excellent eatery with extensive healthy varied delicious options! Love the cornbread, salads and salmon entrees. The staff is superb, service divine and ambiance conducive to overall enjoyment.

When on my trips to Los Angeles from the Nard I like to stop by here and get something healthy and filling. My go to is the chicken stir-fry plate or the turkey sandwich with a side salad. Ofcourse I get a dessert, the chocolate chip cookie never disappoints but I also like to try different items.

My wife and I went to the Westlake Village Natural Cafe on Thursday, August 15. We went up to the cashier and placed our order (two soups, two entrees) with "Skyler" who repeated it back to us correctly. Our soup was brought to us without incident and then my wife's entree but not mine. We have regularly gone to the natural cafe several times a month over the past eight years and have only experienced minor difficulties in the past, all of which were addressed correctly (politely and in a timely manner). This was not to be the case on this occasion. After approximately 15 minutes, my wife was done with her dinner and I still didn't receive mine. The employees were not busy and were socializing with each other. I asked "Skyler" about the progress on my order. Skyler's response, "Oh golly, I forgot it" without an apology. I asked her how she intended to remedy the situation and she said, "I can ring it up for you now". I told her it was now too late, as my wife was already done with her dinner. I asked how she failed to place the order (I was standing three feet from her). She stated, "It's just a human mistake". I wanted to speak to the manager, at which time she stated that she was the manager. I repeated "How are you going to make good on this situation". Her answer, "It was just a human mistake, I can ring you up". It wasn't just the fact of her repeating "It's just a human mistake" but her condescending grin and her inability to offer a simple apology. No offer of compensation, no apology. In addition, she failed to listen to me when I told her it was now too late, as my wife was finishing her dinner. Customer service is a skill that is disappearing. If she was my employee; I would assign her to attend basic customer service training. She would not be acting in the capacity of a supervisor/ manager.
Sadly, they serve day-old bread. Before ordering bread, ask if it was baked that day.

First time, not disappointed. Chicken stir fry over (real) brown rice. Not a pile of rice with a few pieces of veggies & chicken, but ample amounts of stir fried veggies & chicken just the right amount of rice on the bottom. The sauce was simple & tasty. My friend had the turkey sandwich. Multigrain bread, with a thick slice of turkey, sprouts, lettuce, tomato & lettuce, dijon & mayo. Simple & clean. Hibiscus tea topped with their lemonade was divine, & my friend loved their lemonade. Calm quiet atmosphere, you can carry on a conversation here. The staff is very friendly.
