We always enjoy sitting on either patio and the heater lamps made it very comfortable. Our server was very pleasant and provided excellent service. The bus staff is always courteous and professional. The charcuterie board is a favorite of ours and is beautifully presented and delicious, especially the honey, a nice touch. My son always orders the steak, which is consistently cooked to perfection. A wonderful dining experience except for the table next to us which was conducting a loud FaceTime call , rude and lacking in consideration for others around them. Didn't stop us from enjoying our wonderful meal and great service.

Celebrated my birthday here with friends, love the atmosphere. We had great food, the carpaccio was delicious as well as the octopus salad. My chicken pistachio was a little dry, like a Milanese, I was expecting pistachio sauce on the chicken but it was not bad. The only down point was the server took too long to take our order, she was very nice and maybe busy but did leave us unattended for a while at the beginning. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return.

Hands down the best Italian in the Conejo Valley! We've been to a lot of them. Always consistent. Fresh! Ros delivers the best cocktails with a huge smile. Really appreciated an opportunity to meet Jacopo's mother. Elegant and sweet. No wonder this place tops any list of Best of Italian.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but as someone who has to eat gluten free there were just not enough options for me to eat. Yes it's Italian and yes they offered a gluten free pasta for an up charge, however I don't eat pasta regardless and ALL of the protein options were not gluten free (except red meat, which I don't eat), all of the chicken and fish and vegetarian options you had to substitute and make various changes to make it gluten free which I don't want to be a bother. However I didn't have a choice. I ended up ordered the farm salad, which was delicious and a nice portion (no alterations needed). Then I got the salmon, however had to ensure no sauce (since it didn't indicate that it was gf) and I couldn't get the cous cous (not gf) and got the roasted potatoes instead. The salmon was slightly over cooked, which is saying a lot considering I like mine well done. Super salty outer and just over done. There were about 6 pieces of potato and a few veggies. Very lacking in the sides. There was also an odd orange smear on the side which appeared to be maybe a carrot/sweet potato blend? It looked like it was pre-smeared and the ends were darker. Not appetizing looking. I was not impressed with how it was presented at all. Lastly I wish there were a few more beer options on draft. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The environment was welcoming and not over crowded. We had a reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival.

Increased rating to 4 stars after response from Nonna= ) Highly disappointed that takeout pizza was put in pizza box without a food paper under it. It is so cheap and tacky to lay juicy hot pizza directly on cardboard. Otherwise, food was very good.

Wonderful service for incredible food. Individual entrees are well proportioned, and family style is a wonderful way to share the good fortune of a diverse and delicious menu.

This place is a personal favorite for Italian food. They just recently updated their menu, so I had the scallops with an amazing cream based basil pesto and perfectly crisped gnocchi. I 100% recommend this dish. I also tried their halibut special with grilled broccoli instead of tempura broccoli. It was good, but I wish the fish had a better sear or crust. Last but not least, their cocktail menu is a must! All their drinks are unique, and I especially love ordering the Genevieve (off menu special). I sat at the bar with Rox, who is one of the best bartenders in town. Super attentive and always treats you like family. Ambiance is provincial Italian, and they have a live band on weekends!! Can't wait to come back!

The food is amazing! Decor beautiful, and service just as good! We had a girls night out here. The table was large and accommodating for us. We were at the restaurant until closing. The staff did not rush us.

I've traveled all over Italy, and have been fortunate to try some of the best Italian food in the world. Nonna has Michelin quality food and is highly recommended if you are a fan of quality Italian cuisine. The food, the drinks, the ambience, and service are all top-notch and it's ran by actual Italians, which is always a great sign. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We had a rehearsal dinner for 50 people in the coolest space EVER! Food was awesome and the timing was perfect for a 5 course meal. We had multiple entree options including Short rib, Chicken Parmesan and my favorite Branzino. The staff were friendly, professional and handled every request with a smile. Can't Thank Heather (owner) enough for helping with flowers, lighting and making this an overall perfect evening.

Enjoy sitting on the patio, and the server was friendly and helpful. The steak is always prepared to perfection and a favorite. The charcuterie board is beautiful and delicious, especially the honey and focaccia bread. Food runners and bus staff are professional and courteous. Our favorite local Italian eatery.

This is a nice place with a quaint atmosphere. The food portions are a little small in the fee a little high I do think it's one of the best Italian restaurants in Westlake.

We went to Nonna on Friday and sat at the bar. The place was so crowded. Food was extremely overpriced and was so mediocre in taste. Extremely disappointing. The bartender kept rushing us off. $150 and west of calories on bad food. We ordered truffle spinach ravioli and white pizza truffle flavor. There was no truffle flavor at all. Not going back.
