I have no idea what flavors they are going for... 🤔

They have added new menu items and they are excellent: fried baby octopus- must eat! Bao buns are always fresh, delicious and shareable. And the main course of amazing ramens, just pick one, they are all excellent!

I came in for a quick bite. I have been meaning try this for awhile. I enjoyed all 3 of my dishes. My fave thing is variety. The soft shell crab bun was really good! The panko shrimp roll was great with just lemon no sauce. Seaweed salad is always a good choice but I don't feel the bean sprouts added anything to it except crunch.
I will come back and try the Ramen. Just wish they had actual Oxtail and Bone Marrow in their dishes and not just the broth.

Update 11/9/25: tried the ox miso ramen and I just didn't like it. I will give the chicken soy sauce broth a shot. Ordered the spicy tuna crispy rice and that was decent.

It was completely dead at 6pm. Dinner time on a Sunday. We were the only ones in there, and not for long. We sat at one of the tiny tables and tried to combine it with another one so we could comfortably fit, and they were not being used by any else. The server came and stopped us, said that they saving those tables, even though they do not accept reservations (tried that). We laughed and said nobody was in there. She still insisted we couldn’t use one more than one tiny table so we left as she was extremely rude. Will never go here again. I understand why it was empty!!

Non-traditional ramen flavors but it works and it’s really really good. We had the ox fire miso ramen, which was great! Service was super quick. Ambience and decor were very stylish and calming. Get out here and try it.

The people are nice, but the food is bland. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Atmosphere is stylish, i liked dining in, and the staff is very nice and welcoming. We had the pulled pork cut roll as an appetizer, which was very good and reasonably priced at $6.50. But the ramen... we were really excited because bone marrow broth is rich and savory. We both got the ox bone original... but this broth was very bland and thin, almost flavorless. It does come with very tender and yummy brisket! But it doesn't come with the standard egg that's usually included with most ramen, it's an extra $2 on top of an already overpriced bowl at $19, so you come out at $21 for a bowl you can get somewhere else for half the price that tastes better. I honestly won't try the ramen again. It was the blandest I've ever had. But! We got the green tea banana pudding dessert which was very yummy (doesn't taste like actual matcha but still) and they had other things like rice bowls that I would be willing to go back and try.

The cold soba noodles are some of the best I've tasted. Like ever. The chicken is marinated, not dry at all. Their chili oil tastes SO GOOD and just adds so much flavor. One of my favorite noodle shops I've ever tried.

Maybe I’m just spoiled from Orenchi Ramen, but this place was pretty mediocre. Broth was eh and the noodles were a little too soft. I’ll stick to making it at home.
