Please turn down the volume on the music and select more low key music. The blaring pop music is very distracting to a conversation. It's not at all the vibe I would expect from a Panera.

If I could leave zero stars I would Francine fore is a poor excuse for a “manager” she is the most disgusting “human being” can’t even say that because what person truly acts that way she has the most horrible disgusting attitude I’ve ever came across she lacks the basic customer service skills. It’s shocking that someone with that toxic attitude is allowed to represent the company let alone be a “manager” I can only imagine how the employees are treated she has no business in being a leader let alone a manager. I don’t even want to go into this location just so I won’t be returning and I would advise others to do the same until real accountabilit is taken. She needs to be dealt with immediately she needs to fired what kind of “mangers” is Panera hiring.

We visited during a fire evacuation & power outage. They ran out of most food items (only had one bread selection left & it was good) but did their best to still provide tasty food! Counter person was calm & helpful through the rush of hungry people. They allowed people to charge devices & just hang out.

I order in Panera regularly, only in this location I have been denied a croissant bread for my cold sandwich. The employees could do it, but told me they are not allowed to do it.

I’d avoid this place. Food is often missing ingredients and for the price , the quantity is much smaller than what you’d get from other Panera breads. I’ve also found the staff very rude and untrained. Just go to another place and avoid this.

It's a sandwich shop but they too good to spread mayo on your sandwich. They told me get a mayo packet and spread it my dammn self.. thats a damnn shame.. the owner of this franchise is Gov Newome's homie right?

So i haven’t been to a Panera in a minute so please excuse my ignorance but… I walk into this restaurant and am not greeted or told anything… so I stand there for a bit and see two people just talking… I guess we are supposed to know that you order on your own instead of going to a kiosk… ok my bad…. But because of this and me standing around like a goof for 4 minutes I lost out on breakfast and the kiosk god is not forgiving… it was like no way Jose… told the guy at the counter and he asked and as I looked at my watch she says ohh it’s because it’s 11:01… even though she saw me trying to figure things out… so no breakfast for you loser….i get it… my bad for being ignorant of the rules but Panera do better and take the menu off so I ain’t standing there looking like a weirdo trying to check out an order I can never have…. Let it message you saying breakfast is a no go fool you took to long and don’t deserve it…

Anyways it’s Sunday and I am alive so things could be worse.

Since Panera made their restaurant automated and with that, requiring less personal interaction the restaurant has suffered a major change, they are so dirty, and the maintenance is not up to a minimal standard. I ordered a ham sandwich that only included bread and ham, nothing else for the price. It was uncomfortable eating in a place where everywhere you look has crumbs. The carpet is smeared with food remains that have been seating there for days.

The number of homeless living in this Panera is sad. One lady moved into the large stall of the bathroom, leaving only the miniature stall available (which was gross).Another homeless guy moved into the back table with his large computer, disturbing music, and frozen meals aflow. He left with another customer out the side door by the bathrooms and returned to take an "induced nap".Maybe keep that back door locked so you can better monitor the foot traffic. There's obviously a known thing going on here.
