Sharky's in Westlake is our go-to spot. We eat there AT LEAST twice a week and Mrs. Wendy is one of the nicest people who always takes care of our family. Our sons love coming in to visit Wendy and Nancy along with getting their favorite food. We can't wait until our next visit!

This is the best Sharkys! Everyone is always friendly and they have the freshest food. The manager is kind and genuine and Wendy is such a gem, she always gets me what I need and is super helpful. I get better service here than many of the much more expensive restaurants around so please always make sure to tip just like a full service restaurant!Vegetarian options: And vegan options!Kid-friendliness: Clean high chairs!

This location is a bit of a drive for us, but we have mainly started coming to this location because of Jose and his customer service! We first met him at another Sharky's location which we went to a few times a week. We happened to be in this area and low and behold we ran into Jose!! We were so happy! We brought our other family members to this location and they love it. The food tastes so fresh, it's not as salty as other locations, and the salsa bar is amazing. Jose works so hard, always has the biggest smile on his face any time he sees a customer and makes sure to repeatedly check on you to see if you need anything. Thank you for the exceptional service, Jose! Can't wait to be back!

Traveling in the area for work and stopped by for some Authentic Mexican food but Decided to get a BBQ Chicken Pizza instead. This was definitely a Mexican style pizza because it was pretty much on a giant tortilla instead of dough. The rest of the menu items looked clean and fresh as I saw what a lot of other people were eating. If you haven’t been it’s nicer than Chipotle and has an outdoor seating area.

I am such a fan of Sharkys and eat there at least a few times a month. I have to say out of all of those the locations I've been to Sharkys Westlake Village is outstanding!! Even though I live closer to another location this is absolutely worth the extra drive. The manager Jose is outstanding!!! The experience is always amazing but Jose is just the one thing that always makes it better. He is all about customer service and attention to detail. This is the best location ever!! Thank you Jose for being exceptional!!
I’m not really complaining about the place the atmosphere or the service it’s actually just the food the main component of the whole building. It’s nothing more it’s not that serious. I’m just a regular guy but when I come to get food and it doesn’t feel like there’s any sort of taste and I just eating like rice with no flavor beans with no flavor and it feels like all the salsas have to be used to add The flavor it’s just a disappointment to me I apologize to this place, but I definitely will not be coming back. I hope you understand.Shadow Jerry literally he could be a host for a TV show. My dude is amazing with the energy give this guy a raise. I think he’s actually the reason why the place was so amazing. He brings it all.

I was a bit skeptical coming to this place for lunch but I'm so glad that I did! I've never had Sharkys before but I will be here more often. Shout out to Jose for the awesome recommendation, nachos hit the spot and had extra jalapeños just like I asked for. I will be back to this location try something different off the menu.

Not that I love the food so much because I do, Sharkeys food is always consistent, super healthy, and just good. But what I'd love most about Sharkeys is the service and the people that work at Sharkeys. They are the nicest, hard-working and efficient people ever. Maybe it's just my Sharkeys but Nancy and her crew, Irene, Jose and Wendy are absolutely unbelievable. Every time I go in there they are the nicest and best. I love this place, and the people that work there. 5 out of 5!
