I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a location in Westlake Village! I got the Salty Caramel and it was so delicious! A perfect blend of salty and sweet. The cake was moist and delicious. The frosting was the perfect amount of sweet. I didn't feel a sugar overload after eating it. The service was great as well. She was super nice.

We went in after dinner next door. There weren't many cupcakes left, but we chose the black and whites. Not a good cupcake. On the dry side. Lacked flavor. Really not impressed. I also didn't understand why the guy took everyone's order in line before giving us our order. Instead of giving us the cupcakes and letting us leave the standing room only store, he had 4 groups order and pay before giving us our orders. Won't be going back.

Was so excited to finally try Sprinkles Cupcakes after seeing so many episodes of Cupcake Wars with Candace Nelson. I’ve been needing to limit my sugar intake, so I ordered the Sugar-Free Red Velvet cupcake. Omgsh!! It was so good, couldn’t even tell it was sugar-free. It was a little dry, but the taste won me over.The bakery not accepting cash is a bit of a negative for me. But yummy cupcake. The sugar-free version of Red Velvet is all I ever get when I go because it’s such a treat, so maybe I’ll try more flavors eventually ?Got the same one for the fiancé, he loves them too!Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer Sugar-Free Red Velvet cupcakes! You cannot even tell it’s sugar-free.Parking: It’s always pretty busy when we go to The Promenade, but it is a huge parking lot.

I ordered 4 cupcakes online (same-day) for a small birthday celebration. I opened the box to check the selection at the store - and I noticed that all the cupcakes were tipped over in the box (at odd angles). Even stranger though - I noticed none of the frosting was smeared or messy. As I straightened them in the box - they seemed dry and brittle. I asked the counter person if the cupcakes were fresh, and she replied that were made that morning. When we ate the cupcakes a few hours later - they were definitely stale and dry - all 4 of them. It was very disappointing - considering how expensive they are.

Very tiny cupcakes. Not satisfied with the size. Unusually small for its size. I hate to write a bad review, but I felt forced. This isn't Melissa's cupcakes. Sprinkle cupcakes are supposed to be a generous size. Not happy!
Depends Especially when it's really never recovered from beyond all of both of COVID/-19 and/or political wokeness. I mean I for one do miss their ice cream part of it. Since it was one of better ones out here.

We stopped by at 9:00 on a Sat evening - we were delighted to find Sprinkles open later! The only choice remaining was the “La Gloria”, it sounded delicious - dulce de leche and pecans! We enjoyed the cupcakes the next morning and we’re thrilled - they are SUPERB! We have no idea how they were the only ones left but we’re glad they were! ??

Tried to get a cupcake from the vending machine in the TO mall that's serviced by this location. After taking my money the vending machine dispensed one of the empty boxes they put in the machine as place fillers. I called the vending machine company, emailed corporate and the location. All told me I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I never received a refund. What a waste of my time. I hate when companies rip me off and do nothing.

Sprinkles is still the same as it was five years ago, but this location seemed to be very stripped down. Maybe it's been different since Covid, but there is no seating available while waiting inside anymore and it seems pretty bare bones besides the counter for ordering. You also have to order on an iPad, so though you do see an employee behind the counter, you really aren't ordering or interacting with them.
