Very great experience here. I saw they were training new baristas which is always good news. I was unsure the drink I wanted to order, but the lovely barista Cassie asked me plenty of questions and found a perfect drink match for me. Very bubbly, quick, and efficient and she had my drink out right as I finished paying. Great improvement!

The experience had nothing to do with the barista- they are now having pts get coffee while doing drive up orders. They had one barista only!Impossible for him to do this plus in store orders.Poor planning on store’s part

Horrible experience today!! Saturday 4 pm 09/23.We had a lovely mood until we went this nasty place today. Our thought to get our Starbucks coffee and have some good time at park sipping coffee was apparently a bad idea!We wanted to try a new drink and asked for a sample. The cashier refused, which we totally understood, but she agreed to replace it if we didn't like that drink since she cannot provide sample.Not sure what problem that barista lady had! She was grouchy! made the drink extremely strong, and it turned out to be very bitter. When we asked for replacement (which cashier agreed to before) barista lady became visibly upset, snatched the drink from our hand, and threw it in the trash, displaying a poor attitude. She was an unprofessional lady with attitude problemJust for work with people when you hate your job! Also, it seemed like she lacked proper training in customer service.This was disappointing, especially as long-time valued customers of Starbucks. We understand that certain items may not be available and people have rough day but the way she reacted was very disappointing with such nasty outcome! Nasty crazy woman!

Awful, closed 45 minutes early no explanation given by the Starbucks associate. Starbucks gets worse by the visit.
Great location. Excellent workers. I'm upset there's no tip jar. What is wrong with Starbucks that you won't allow tip jars for these hard working employees??? They deserve tips. Make sure you tip the workers regardless if there's a tip jar or not. They deserve compensation for their hard work. The drink was amazing as always.

Worst Starbucks I’ve seen. It took 10 minutes to help two guests; they take the order and slowly make the drink before helping the next customer. No order ahead available.I’m a big fan of Starbucks, but this location needs Some serious training. Multiple people behind me simply left after witnessing the ridiculousness.

This is located in the Target here in Westlake Village. Service was good and drink came out nice. No mess and quick service. I recommend this location to local coffee drinkers. Keep up the good work Starbucks.
