I still like to give four star as service is very good but still depends on employees. Some employees are very good and some feels like they are at work by force, but they are not interested at all. Some employees are very sticky to count everything they put in the bowl and you get less quantity. Some are very generous. But I still love sweet green.

I’ve been in line for 20 mins. The line is only moving from people leaving. Frustrating.Don’t go anytime from 1130am -2pm … there’s a line at the pick up window as well. Food is Amazing

My father and I ordered the same miso salmon bowl that we always get for pickup. Everything was inside of his bowl but when I opened mine, the protein was missing. I guess the employee forgot to put the salmon inside. Not very attentive service.

Ordered a chicken salad and a steak salad on UberEats tonight. Waited an hour and a half for the UberEats to arrive, only to discover whoever made these salads didn’t put chicken in the chicken salad, or steak in the steak salad. And they forgot to put dressing on both salads. And they didn’t include any utensils. Cherry on top was that by the time the food was delivered, the store had closed. Spent $33 on these salads to get two bowls of limp lettuce with no meat or dressing. Absolutely horrific service. First time trying sweet greens and never again. Thankfully Uber refunded us. So ridiculous.
The best place for a fast, casual lunch in Westlake. Highly recommend the Chicken Pesto Bowl to all!

Just expensive that’s all. It’s super tasty, fresh, and filling. Oh why is the bread so whatever!? I like bread but not enough to eat this lame bread. The bread is boring, maybe I’m supposed to get the focaccia. I can’t afford that. There are tables outside but none inside so bring long sleeves hahah they’re right next to a little fountain.

Price and/or perceived VALUE were neither good points for this restaurant chain. A $15 or $16 salad is what I normally would pay at a Fancy Italian or Steakhouse. But for a lunch or take-out salad with a stingy chunk of protein? Have owners of SweetGreen ever been to California Chicken Cafe to see what is a competitive (and satisfying) salad under $15?
