Thousand Oaks Fish & Chips

TO Fish & Chips in Westlake Village is hands down one of my all-time favorites. They’ve been around for over 40 years, and I’ve been coming here since the early 1990s. The quality has never slipped—crispy, golden fish on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside, paired with fries that hit the spot every time. Their clam chowder is also fantastic—rich, creamy, and the perfect way to round out a meal.

There’s something special about a place that’s been part of the community for decades and still does it better than anyone else. TO Fish & Chips isn’t just good—it’s the standard I measure all other fish and chips against. A true local gem that proves consistency and care never go out of style. 😎👍

I just get the fish and chips and clam chowder here, I know they have lots of other good things on the menu, the grilled salmon looks amazing but I just stick with the fish and chips. The coleslaw is terrific. The clam chowder is delicious. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, the staff is very friendly and calm. The entire kitchen is run with a calm energy, there's no loud sounds or banging or shouting, it's calm and relaxing and amazing. I really appreciate that.
Unfortunately they just got rid of their reward Punch cards, and went to an electronic system, and devalued the rewards points by at least half. I won't deduct a star for that but I'm tempted.

We ate outside due to having the dog. Food was great. Greasy and classic popcorn shrimp and fries. The fish and chips is great too. Picked up some hot sauce as well.

Came here with a big group when the restaurant was already packed and almost all the seats were taken. It was my first time trying out this restaurant. Staff and service were amazing. I really like the fishing decor and how clean the restaurant looks. The food came out quickly and it was hot, fresh, and delicious! It would be nice if there was more seating. Will come back again!
