Missing items half the time I order from here. I got parked today for 1 biggie bag I ordered through the app. Took 10 minutes for 1 biggie bag while I was the only car. The worst service I've ever had well done wendys.

Made me wait 30 minutes for a small carryout order during a slower time. Watched them make about 10 drive through orders before I had to ask them for my order. They ended up getting my order wrong after all that...

2/26/25 @10:30 bought a Dave’s cheese Burger and spicy chicken sandwich for 18.25. They mixed the two ingredients, drowned it in mayo and got upset when I asked for a refund. Honest review, food quality was 1 out 5

The older gentleman at the register was rude. It took 30 minutes to get an order in and there was only 3 people in front of me. He told the people behind me to "just leave" Then when it came time for us to order he very rudely said "what do you want". I had also noticed that he consistently got confused with orders that were being ready and handed to customers, they were missing multiple items and getting mixed up with other customers orderes. Will not be going back.

Today is 1cent Jr bacon cheeseburger day. It didn't give me the deal on my app. I went in to talk to the manager he was very rude and dismissive. Was at 12:30 pm on Sept. 18.
