Shelby was rude I didn’t care for the bad service and experience. Gossiping behind customers back is not professional.

Our waitress seemed annoyed. She didn’t greet us. She didn’t check on us. I had to stop her when she passed by to ask for straws and refills. I observed her smiling and helping other tables more. She didn’t offer us a to-go box. We had to ask. She didn’t give us a bag. Other diners were given bags to place the boxes inside. The servers assuring her we’re great. The ribs were mainly fat.

Went tonight 10/26 Monday night. Met up with my sister in laws one from out of state. Asked to leave by the manager that they had more people coming in a need the table. There were many empty tables right by us. The waitress said your only aloud 90 minutes at a table. Well, great food you lost 5 customers!! Not like you were even that busy!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!

The short rib and bugogi are my go to. The brisket is pretty good here as well. Wish they still serve the sesame oil dip, it was really good with brisket :/

I called the Corona Location to make a Reservation for 20 + people. For sat 10/26 @ 6:30pm.The Hostess & Manager both pretty much turned me away. Can't believe an Establishment of this kind is willing to turn people away. Been forced to change plans for my husband surprise Party.

We come here a lot and it is sooo good! The employees are super nice and helpful! The food is outstanding! The wide range of options on the menu is awesome and I love how accommodating they are to people like me with food allergies! The food is cooked well and has this fantastic bbq flavor that only wood ranch can even come close to! The bbq scauce here is the best I’ve ever had! I wish they sold it in stores! While it is expensive, it is well worth it!

I honestly wish I never had this experience because I actually really love the food here. My last visit on 11/04/2017 was completely unpleasant from beginning to end. I arrived there at 5:10pm and didn't not get seated till 6:45pm after being told it would originally be 30 to 45min for a party of twelve, as we waited many parties for were sat before us, including a large party that arrived there after us. After finally being sat down, one complimentary appetizers was provided to us. Chips and guacamole for 12 people doesn't cut it (one chip for each of us). I did speak with Jeff the manager, he seemed to care. Britney (another manager) tone of voice sounded like she didn't care. The food arrived late and incorrect. By the time all the food arrived, some of the plates were cold. I asked Britney to speak with Jeff, she lied to me telling me he was gone for the day. I asked to know when he will be back and she told me she didn't know. A few minutes later I saw him, so I got up and spoke to him. After speaking to Jeff I addressed all of this to him and he said he would speak to the GM and see what they could do for us. I did enjoy speaking with Jeff, he seemed like he did care but as our table waited for him to come back he never did. And we just ended up leaving. I didn't enjoy my food, absolutely had no flavor being how frustrated I was with the service. I wish I knew our waiters name who actually sincerely apologized, the management seemed to really not take it serious. Note: I also asked Britney for the corporate number but it was never provided.

Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill has redeemed itself!Last night, my wife, my two grandchildren, and I visited our local restaurant ,and everything took a 180 degree turn from the last time we dined there, which was several months ago. It was all due to Brian Gonzalez, the general manager. He had taken the time to phone me after a huge problem had occurred at our last outing. As I entered the restaurant, I just felt things were going to be different. And they were. Firstly, the hostess was very pleasant with me and immediately sat us when I explained to her who I was and that Brian had arranged a table for us. Wow! It was already like “Night and Day.” Our waitress, who is a personal friend of ours and who I had requested, came to our table, her usual smiling, friendly self. I hugged her, stating that I was so happy to have her serve us. She immediately poured out her charm on my grandchildren, whom she knows. This waitress is, by all means, the best waitress Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill has. Of course, Angie, kept coming back to our table throughout the evening, making sure everything was fine and chatting with us, without interrupting her great service to her other customers. I, indeed, left her a very generous tip, also thanking Brian, another manager who was in charge for the evening, for Brian G.’s willingness to “comp” our meal.Secondly, the food was superb! My wife continuously remarked how great her pulled pork plate was. My grandson, the “Baby Back King” of our family, thoroughly enjoyed his pile of ribs, constantly having to wipe his face because of the delicious BBQ sauce. Then, to my surprise, my granddaughter, who is a “Mac n’ Cheese” girl, through and through, started eating her ribs and loved them. Has Wood Ranch converted my granddaughter? Now it comes to my choice of the entrée. I have never had the brisket at this restaurant, especially since I only eat beef once a month, due to my diet. Well, Texas BBQ move on over! I’m originally from Texas where the world’s best BBQ restaurants, and shacks, exist. This brisket was “melt in your mouth,” tender, and just, all in all, delightful.Thank you, Brian and Wood Ranch BBQ, for asking us to give your restaurant another try. We WILL return again and again. You’ve changed my mind. Keep on barbequing!

I have slowly stopped coming to wood ranch over the years. Last night our experience was TERRIBLE. The server was downright rude and seemingly miserable, no one ever asked us if we needed anything, we only got one refill which took 20 minutes, I complained to the manager and asked him to speak with the server after we left but he screamed at him right there in front of us causing the server to treat us even worse, and the bathrooms w r e in terrible shape. I worked here many years ago, sad to see it going down quickly. Don't waste your money there are other amazing BBQ restaurants in the area who will make your experience great!

Ordered takeout dinner - not only was the person who waited on me very surly, but the order was completely wrong.........they eventually made it right, but it was not as it should be.
